Too early for EA, there is nothing in it yet.

Going to be a great game but needs lot of work . And lots of updates from the dev.

even though I've only played this game for a little over an hour I have to say what they have here is pretty interesting. In its current State i feel its pretty bare bones..but it has a lot of potential. I'll give an updated review as content and updates are released.

This game was not ready for being EA. It does look interesting though. Right now there doesn't appear to be a lot to do, but, I may find more as I get more built. It has some things that drastically need work. The most difficult for me is simply clicking on people to talk to them is too difficult. It takes a lot of attempts before I succeed usually. I can't say for other languages, but, the English could use a lot of help. I would help with that if possible. I suggested on day one that the new people go to the commander to report in rather than have the commander trying to keep track of where the new people are and go to them. I have had a lot of people report in to me in the military and in civilian jobs. It would be impossible for me to have found and assigned everyone jobs if I had had to find them and go to them when I had over 100 new people per month and usually all coming on the same day to start. They knew where to find me on that day and I stayed right there and handled them in the order they came in and got in line. At the moment things are confusing what to do. One thing that would help is at least tell us how many beds we should start with and perhaps how many we will need total eventually. I simply have no idea how many people will be coming. Each time I have started I have built spaces for 8 people to sleep. No idea if that is a good number. I at least am getting folks fed. lol I think they released into EA too soon so you may wish to wait awhile before trying. As long as they update regularly it looks like it will be a good game someday. If that happens then I'll change this to an up vote.

As it stands this is not a game, maybe you'd call it a foundational engine for one. The videos are misleading, all the demonstrated functionality seems to be missing or at the very least fundamentally broken. I reported a bug that was fixed and patched in a few hours though, so there is hope I might have cause to change my review later. I considered getting a refund really as it seems that no one is actively testing the game before releasing, but that last patch made me choose not to. I might regret that choice later if there is not enough patches and improvements in the next couple of weeks.
