I suspect it's possible to beat it in less time, but if you're dumb and/or love pretty women talking about war crimes, there's easily 30 hours worth of stuff for a single run.
It's got a great cast of characters (very shippable! all women!!), a storyline with a lot of politics, challenging gameplay with kind of unit having their own little mechanic, and the art is so pretty! If you're a fan of Fire Emblem, especially Three Houses, then this is definitely worth a shot.

As you can probably tell I haven't finished this game yet, but I still wanted to share my thoughts so far! ( And I will update it once I get through it)
Sovereign Tea is a great game for folks that love strategy games like Fire Emblem with a more lax story line. The writing is witty, the art is gorgeous, and I've enjoyed the combat so far! Interested to see how everything evolves over time but I definitely would recommend this to folks ( and to check out other games by 3 Halves Games on itch.io!! Specificall War of the Lillies)
EDIT: Ok I'm almost done with the game I don't know why I said it was silly LOL. (Probably because early on Mint is bothering the other princesses haha and some tropey stuff)
There's some deep lore in here and lots of war drama (again somewhat similar to Fire Emblem) and I do want to beat this at some point! My only complaint with this game is the later levels can drag on a bit and I wish it was possible to save during a level so you could go back to turn X etc. It's no biggie and I still recommend it, but be ready to need those in-game hints towards the end of the game!
