It's a really fun game for everyone that likes chess, but wishes it was way more complicated. Lost my first game to a checkmate I hadn't even noticed, and lost a majority of the games because of the exact same checkmate. 10/10 would recommend.

It's a very cool concept, although the game doesn't have many players, which makes it very hard to find people to play this game with.

This game is great and you can tell the developer spent large amounts of time working on the balancing and making it feel like a good battle royale. One issue is that there are rarely enough people to fill a lobby so it fills up with ai that aren't great.
Note to the dev: maybe make it cheaper/free to get an initial group but then raise the price once a player base has been built

Alright, I see this game isn't a bad game from everyone else's reviews. Although as a community, could we not create a discord of some sort for those who still are interested to play it. That would be great even if the dev abandoned it. It doesn't mean we have to stop playing, create a discord, find more players willing to pay/play. Someone let me know what they think

I decided to give this a shot because it seemed interesting, however I was disappointed by the gameplay. There are multiple issues that make this game unfun to play. First and foremost, there is absolutely no explanation of the rule variant anywhere, so you're forced to try to learn on the fly. You'll soon find that this game is very fast paced, with only a few minutes on your move timer, so learning while playing is easier said than done. There should be a tutorial or an offline practice mode—or both.
My next complaint is that the move timer / turn indicator is small and in the upper corner of the screen, and in this hectic format, I didn't find myself looking at it often, as I was busy scanning the board. It would be nice to somehow make this more visible—perhaps there's a way to tie it into the cursor, so that the move timer and turn indication follows your mouse movements. As it stands, it's very easy to lose on time or to find yourself in a time crunch.
Additionally, there is an issue where players may have nearly identical colors—sometimes yourself and an opponent and sometimes two opponents. This is frustrating as it becomes very difficult to tell which pieces belong to whom. There needs to be a way to prevent this from happening.
Overall, I just found the game hectic and frustrating—not fun. There is promise to this game, but I can't recommend it in its current state, and I have chosen to request a refund. This game could be fun, but it needs more time in the oven first. It needs more features and refinement.

Played this game and the players seem to not know how chess works. Also all the names of opponents were chess names so unless it hides usernames I think this game is all bots.
still pretty good though.

Of the 6 times I've tried to play the game, there were enough players for 1 game. Looks super fun but it needs more players.

High octane battle royale that might need a bit of slowing down. I would recommend 10 minute no increment until the last 2-4 players, where they would then get 1-3 second increment per move. Would be helpful to know where my King is via a glow effect or something, especially as conquering the battle made my board get crazy large and I need to know super fast if I'm being ambushed.
The concept is really great though! Gotta throw it in front of Hikaru or GothamChess and let the numbers go crazy

This game may not be instantly intuitive, but I am confident that most people should be able to pretty quickly get the hang of it if they put in a small amount of effort.
I likely amassed between 15 and 25 queens in one of my games just now. Its a 10/10 for that alone.
As a player new to the game - I am finding it insanely fun so far.
