Such a cute and positive game with lots fun little mini puzzles to solve and places to explore. Love the message of this game. It is on the shorter side but would definitely play it again!

Absolutely love this little game, so much so that I wrote into DLC podcast to shout it out and it got read on air! Theme: I love the cozy reminder that life isn’t about pushing as hard as you can and burning out. Art: I was originally not sure about the pixel art style in the still images, but it’s really lovely in motion, it works super well for the game, as does the beautiful colour schemes and soundtracks that do a lot to differentiate the different biomes you explore. Accessibility; parts of this game can be a little bit small, but it wins major points for me because it proves you can have a great cozy exploration game without platforming challenges you can fail at. The jumping system is amazing, I’d love to see it in more games. Even if you don’t have complete mastery of the controls, this game doesn’t allow you to fall, or hurt anyone. Steam deck: Again, some visuals are small, but I generally found the controls fairly intuitive and worked well on deck. The screen prompts also matched the controls, so I didn’t have to figure out what the deck equivalents were!

This game was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed roaming around and destroying everything with the laser. The npcs were interesting and silly with a couple little storylines running throughout the game. I loved the look of the world and the colorfulness of it all. It was short but not in a way that made you feel like it wasn't a finished game and it even has a built in story reason that allows for you to finish up achievements after you've already beat the story. Definitely worth checking out!
