Game does nothing with it premise. You can find so many other castle defense wave games online for free. Probably hundreds.

If you like strategy based, action sort of games then this is DEFINITELY for you! The GUI isn't the best and the game isn't that hard until level 20. It's not too hard and is definitely worth the price. You can upgrade all your monsters so that they are stronger!

Overall it's decent. Some later levels are just so much more difficult to do to 3 stars than the ones around it. And then it can be followed by one that has so few enemies that there's no way you'll ever lose on it, let alone get less than 3 stars. Mostly the challenge is when there are ranged enemies you can't kill before tanky enemies get in front of them. You're pretty screwed then and forced to just send low tier mobs to act as a shield for a more powerful monster on your team. At least that's how I managed to do it most of the time. Music is very repetitive. The UI is pretty bad, you have to go back to the main menu to go to the shop to upgrade. You can't see your money anywhere else other than in a match and in the shop. It should just be accessible from the level select too. Currently the game's star ratings glitch so if you go to the next level right away then your stars aren't properly saved. You have to go back to the main menu, this ensures that it registers it every time. It's annoying. Hopefully that's fixed. Upgrades are pretty basic, you'll probably have monsters maxed before getting to the end. And sadly there's no hotkeys for sending out monsters or scrolling the screen left/right. And the ranged damage doesn't display properly. But, for the price it's a neat little game. I like the monster designs.

Full playthrough all 3 stars here: https://youtu.be/jzuw78rykPM Rating 5.5/10 Review: Game is pretty solid there's some stages that actually require you to think of the right way to manage your resources. Unfortunately the hardest stages come around level 27 after that the game is CAKE and you're just plowing through the other 20ish stages the progression of difficulty on some stages is really jacked up like some of them only half the monsters spawned it seems like they didn't give the players enough resources for how many stages they made if they made it correctly progressively harder so they had to last second go back to the later stages and make them easier. If you click the progress to the next stage instead of go to main menu button your star rating doesn't save to the map either. You unlock everything way before 50 outside of fort upgrades Ranged units damage doesn't display for some reason the ROCK dudes will do drive bys on your base or just walk right on pass and not fight at all. The upgrading of units is a bit lack luster it doesn't do much at all and the only evolving is barely increasing the stats with your money. The game does work all the way to 50 though and some of the stages do make you think so it's worth the 1.59 it's average.
