A simple shooter, with a pleasant atmosphere of living classics

I'd dare say that serving a tour in Vietnam in '66-'69 must have been far more enjoyable than playing this garbage.

yeeea NO 1 pr mille - 1/1000 part of the original concept, in/on all aspects ,, - that was made close 30 year's ago - Do i recomend this game ? = not even if it's free :D

Do you like the idea of gunning down dozens of innocent Viet Cong soldiers with a hand-portable Gatling gun? [/i] Then Line of War is probably decent for you. As far as I can tell you've only got three levels to play of varying complexity (Level two hits different, tbh). There's really not much to say besides that this is a doom clone for Vietnam War buffs, or just chuds who like shooting communists. So, yeah.. Buy at your own discretion.

I've seen many a thing in my life. Many things that, prepare you for hardships. But I assure you that nothing prepared me for the horror that this game brought to my mind. The grit. The strife... They're in the trees! The bush! We have been wandering the jungle for days now. Yesterday Johnny ate his own ear to keep from starving. How long has it been since we left Parris Island? But I digress. I think this game is the new COD killer.

Line of War is a game where you kill Vietnamese soldiers in order to find the key to exit the level. I like this game, but there are some problems. First of all, there are only 3 levels, which is bad because i like this game. Second of all, there is only 2 enemy types. Last of all, there is only one difficulty level. It would be nice if they added extra difficulty levels. Besides all of that, the game is pretty good.

I was looking for a Vietnam era shooter and came across this game. I read the reviews.... so I knew what I was in for.... but I figured that for 50 cents it wouldn't be any different than pumping a few quarters into a machine at the arcade. The game.... while done in the fashion of Wolfenstein 3D.... is actually more simplistic. There are only four weapons.... three levels.... two enemy types.... and as far as I can tell.... no secrets to uncover. While I'm an old-fashioned gamer and these kind of shooters do in fact appeal to me.... there is nothing to recommend about the game whatsoever. Which is a shame.... because adding a bit more of everything I mentioned above.... could've made for a better nostalgic experience.
