Triggers all emotions xD Tbh, I thought this game would be pretty chill… throwing some boomerangs.. how hard can it be… I personally found it incredible challenging, but that’s what makes the game super fun and kept me playing. Passing a level and beating this annoying Australian wildlife feels very satisfying. Also this game boosts your multitasking skills, haha! It’s a lovely and active game, definitely worth it! 5/5

Nice game, base gameplay is solid and fun. Having a campaign with boss is great. Force grab targeting doesn't always get what I want, though I didn't really analyze why, and I manage anyway but object manipulation feel a bit clumsy. I still have a few stars to get in the campaign (normal mode and low assist), didn't unlock everything and have scores to improve in arcade mode. But I guess for some people full price will be too much for the content, though I guess there will be discounts from time to time.

A great game with funny art designs and solid VR control implementation. Throwing and catching stuff in the game feel very nature and easy. If you are considering trying some different VR games this will be a good choice.

Funny and friendly for VR noobs like me. I didn't get dizzy and managed to play for a while. It was a bit challenging but I wanted to keep on playing and throwing stuff because it was so much fun.

How could you possibly be burning calories while chugging some devilish Aussie beers? What about tossing some mean boomerangs on some kleptomaniac 'roos and other sick local fauna without PETA being aware of the carefree, but innocent monstrosity? WELP, this game packs it in with a punch, delivering some of the most fun I had in years. Highly recommend!!

I am a big fan of VR games that implement physics right, and Beers & Boomerangs is definitely one of those. The controls are precise and satisfying, the athmosphere is wacky and fun, and the game is unexpectedly challenging. There are plenty of levels to play, extra challenges to beat, and even crazy boss fights! 10/10, would barbecue again.

Boomies and Beers! And also Koalas Really loved the boss fights, obviously, not even close to finishing the campaign. But it is quite a decent workout

Controls/VR: I played it on the Valve Index and it feels great that you can pick and throw boomerangs by grabbing and releasing the controller. You can adjust the height of the tables and coolers so you don't have to bend if you don't want to, so good accessibility. Content: I'm writing this after the first play session (could do about an hour before my VR stamina ran out on the 2nd boss level). It seems I'm a bit over halfway through based on the map, but the difficulty is ramping up so it'll probably take me more than double that to complete it. And that's just to get through, I only got 3 stars on the first few levels. Getting all the stars will take quite some time. But yeah, the 2nd boss requires a lot of rotating around so it made me quit a bit sooner than I'd like, but that's just VR for you. Art/Feel: The game is funny enough in the trailer and the art/atmosphere feels even better in VR. The lighting especially gives the levels a nice look and the environments feel very cozy. It's just nice to be in the game's world, which is always a plus to me. And I'm a sucker for puns, so yup, the game has you covered there! :D TL;DR: If you're looking for a silly, arcade-style game with satisfying controls, it nicely delivers what it promises in the trailer.

This game is lot of fun! It was developed in consultation with Aussies, and while it may not be a good representation of the culture, it's a fun take on it, for sure. The physics, while maybe not completely natural, always feel fair, i.e. if something goes wrong, I generally feel like it's my fault and not the game's fault. The first few levels are pretty simple, but the difficulty ramps up quickly. Overall, a good time, well worth the price tag.
