Tic Tac Together Reviews

A team-based twist on Tic Tac Toe! Every round, all moves are placed on the board at the same time. If X's and O's are placed in the same space, teams have to duke it out on a smaller board to claim it.

What an absolutely fantastic game! It's a relatively small twist on the familiar game of Tic-Tac-Toe, but the depth of the game-play it allows is astounding! A great party game that the whole group can play in! The team-dynamics and the ability to play games of Tic-Tac-Toe inside the Tic-Tac-Toe board adds so much variation game to game. It really easy to set up with your team in terms of installation, and it's flexible to work well with many or few players and even mismatched team sizes! Perfect for an ad-hoc game night since you don't need to fill a certain number of slots perfectly. The game play and group dynamics make this game a lot of fun, but what puts it over the top is the attention to detail in terms of animations and aesthetics! The pacing, interactions, and design are all on-point, resulting in an amazingly polished game!

Amazing amount of fun for something so simple. I used a tablet and let my 7 year old use my phone and we had a ton of fun, then with friends over for game night we played (I think there was 6-7 of us) but I didn't explain before we started and everyone had a ton of fun as they realized how the game worked. Totally worth the $5!

A very clever game that is fun for groups. This is a perfect example of a nice, indie game that gets everything right (idea, design, execution) for a party game. I just hope the centralized server this game depends on does not suddenly disappear, breaking the game. Or that if that does happen one day, the devs offer the possibility to run our own servers.

An excellent game for parties and social events, both in-person and remote. The chaos really shines once you have 5-6+ players, multiple moves per player, and disable seeing your teammates' moves while they're selecting them. I've had no issues running it on NixOS, so I'm sure any Linux distribution will handle it fine with Proton. In comparison to Jackbox games, TTT has the advantages that rounds are very quick, everyone knows how to play the game without needing much explained, and the game works perfectly without sound. If your last party ran into any of those issues with Jackbox-style games, try this game.

I've played a while with my friends anjd it's both strategic as well as chaotic. Unusual concept but really cool! The devs are also pretty nice as far as I know. Great idea, well executed!

This game is, in essence, a jackbox style version of tic-tac-toe. It is a great party game, and works best when it is in 2v2 or more people. Give it a shot; it's great.

The best tic-tac tactics game I've ever played. Great for parties and streaming! I highly recommend trying with the "teammate moves visible" setting turned off for maximum chaos. 😃

A really fantastic game! I think Tic-tac-ception is the best way to describe this. There's nothing like getting 4 tic-tac-toe games deep just to snag that one last spot your team needs. It's a great party game, and I love the support for 12 players! Really fun graphical styling with a catchy tune that fits in perfectly.
