I don't know exactly what minute of the game I saw it for the first time, but a creature like the antichrist attacked. If I didn't scream, it's because I'm a big man.

There is no point in having a gun in your hand. Because you cannot overcome your fear. I wouldn't recommend it for those with claustrophobia because you can go crazy. I don't think I will be playing a horror game for a long time. This was enough for me.

Do not buy this game.
When you start the game you're greeted with a text box. This text box explains the rules of the game. You have health, stamina, food and water. Typical survival meters. It explains what these do. The main thing that interested me was the very last bit of text. 'This is a story driven game'. Allow me to inform you what kind of 'story' driven game you're going to get.
You aren't told why you're in an abandoned house, nor do you start with anything at all. You're given a flash light at the start within the home, but you don't have so much as a golf club in, what appears to be, a highly infested area. The one note in the cabin doesn't give you much to go on either, only saying that 'You are the Last Ones Left'. Hard to be plural there when you only have yourself.
Stepping out you'll find yourself looking into a dark forest with buildings littered around the area. Regardless of where you go, you will find zombies littering the area, attacking you if you get into their spawn areas. Yes, I mean spawn areas. Sometimes you won't know a zombie is there until you pass some invisible barrier which forces the zombie to then spawn, and this spawn could be literally right in front of you. It happened to me. I walked in and had a zombie plopped right in my face.
If you happen to get into a home, early on you're going to find yourself locked into a house with no means to defend yourself. You can run around the house all you like, while also staring at obviously open windows, with no means of escaping the several zombies you find yourself stuck with. So, when you die you go back to the beginning with nothing, because the game resets you to nothing when you die unless you save, which requires the phone, which requires you to escape the house.
Could I have got out of the house? I assume I have to be able to, otherwise there's no way to beat the game. I just got tired of trying to stealth around zombies that I don't even have a crouch button for trying to find a means to escape the house.
Can somebody please make a zombie survival horror game that doesn't require Capcom to stop being egg heads?

This game doesn't provide much for support and interaction. Can't crouch and be more stealthy against the zombies. Can't attack with weapons other than a gun. Limited control options and key bindings to work with. Saved the game with all doors unlocked, loaded same game and then all doors were locked. Yet, zombies teleport thru closed and locked doors.

The atmosphere is really tense. It is not easy to solve puzzles when you are in fear and zombies are chasing you.

Standing still drains stamina (only walking recharges it), running consists of jittering the camera like you have the worlds tiniest legs, zombies will chase you until you leave their zone, then they just wander off. Its essentially a unity asset flip with the brightness turned all the way down and some random wolves and bells looping as ambient noise.
