A short, but sweet boss rush game developed by a single person, which is an impressive feat of dedication.
The game has 5 chapters which includes the additional content "Shadow Call" and the DLC "Relinquish".
Each chapter comprises of a boss fight and story cut-scenes with beautiful artwork. There is a variety of move-sets and approaches to said bosses from blocks, parries, perfect dodges, meter attacks, attack cancels and minor combos. The music is also solid.
My main criticisms of the game include:
Not being able to control the menu with the controller (but you can play the game with the controller, in my case an xbox one controller).
Inability to skip cut-scenes
No subtitle option
No option to reduce or turn off screen shake (which is only relevant in mostly one chapter anyway)
Spoiler:
I feel like the fight in the third chapter when Alpha has a shield there should be some kind of visual indicator that the shield got damaged, but I also understand the fight seems to be designed to confuse you
All in all, it's a fun game and it's free, why not give it a go?

A short but fun "boss rush" game, easy to control overall across three different characters. The fights themselves where nice, the bosses slowly getting new attacks and patterns, and mastering each of the characters movement, combos and defensive options made replaying the fights enjoyable.
The story this game tries to tell is a bit ambitious, but I need to see more of it as it does not tell much as of now, hopefully we get to see a continuation of this game events.
My biggest gripe as of now is controlling the characters is not fluid or fun with keyboard & mouse, as it looks like it was designed with a playstation / xbox controller in mind.
Is nice
