The game is cheap...But it's fun to play. Hopefully small bugs will be fixed and the game will be comfortable to play

This is one of -if not the- only well-realized game produced by the publisher Tero Lunkka. Felix has genuine heart, and it harkens back to a time when beauty and magic was present in everything. When everyday locations became fantastical worlds. Felix invites you to relive that joy.

Back when I was younger, I would play the game Toy Story 2 for hours and hours every day. Years later, I looked back at the game and realized it still held up surprisingly well. I enjoyed replaying the game not just for the nostalgic aspect, but also for the unique style of platforming that it offered.
Felix the Toy is an excellent homage to this style. It is the type of platformer that I wish there were more of. Thoughtfully designed gauntlets that make you think hard about how to get from point A to point B. Exploring real-world environments adapted very well for platforming. Simple presentation and mechanics that make the game easy to get into.
Last, I will say that if you have already played this game a while back, you'll definitely want to try it again because the new (DX) levels are really something else. Not gonna spoil them though :-]

Felix The Toy is a lot of fun, with a decent amount of challenge.
The graphics, as childish as they look, actually fit with the story and the general aesthetics.
While there are quite a few, unnecessary in my opinion, invisible walls, the platforming works well enough to make Felix enjoyable to play.
Overall, Felix The Toy is a fun 3d platformer that I get nostalgic joy playing.
XYX Games should be proud of themselves.

Good indie platformer reminiscent of retro 3D platformers. Charming visuals and lots to collect make it a relaxing platformer with simple and enjoyable mechanics. It's easy to tell the obvious inspirations from retro (PS1-era) 3D platformers, which is a great thing if you're into that.
There are a few rough edges: for one, I wish movement was full analogue instead of only 8 directions for controller usage. I do also wish there were fewer invisible walls; it's not always obvious when a jump you're trying to make is unintended until you hit an invisible wall to prevent you from making that jump, inevitably making you fall down. It would be better if the visible level design would prevent you from making unintended jumps, rather than invisible walls where you can't figure it out until it's too late.
Overall though this is still a great game and would recommend for those looking for a retro-inspired 3d platformer experience.

Felix is a fun, colorful, beautiful looking but also very challenging platformer.
It takes inspiration from games like Toy Story 2, which is quite refreshing these days, and can easily hook you in, as long as you're up for the challenge.
My note is that it could use some form of sound design and/or particles/effects, so that it would feel more 'rewarding' when you finally find the keys (which is often not easy), but that's more of a presentation issue.
The controls and/or camera are pretty decent for an indie project, and the content is huge for its price.
It deserves your support!

In a market saturated with AAA cinematic "experiences" and indie games trying to hard to be something theyre not, Felix feels like a fresh breath of air. Just like its mentioned in the games description, Felix takes you back to the glory days of 3D platforming. Great music and fun level design makes Felix stand out of the bunch and without doubt, a game that can satisfy anyone.

This game is very fun for a platformer, even though it can be unforgiving at times lol. It feels nostalgic and reminds me of other great retro platformers like Toy Story 2! There is even some subtle references in the game as well, which I thought was very neat. There is 10 HUGE levels which is honestly a bargain for the price, lots of content.

This game is an amazing blast to the past using games such as Toy Story 2 and Muppets Monster Adventures but surpassing them in every aspect possible. I hope XYX goes on to continue making games because he is the needle in the haystack of bland modern gaming

I liked the artistic variety of levels. That was about it. The jump button would randomly not work. This was especially true on slanted or curved surfaces. The fact that there are invisible walls and non-solid surfaces/props is just bad level design. Most levels are way too big with only a couple of ways to get off the ground. For me, the only enjoyable level was the truck stop.
