okay so you probably already have some of these in mind.
It's a great base.. it could just do with some. upgrades so to say.
What I'd like to see added as a player:
Skill tree - this will add more goals to the game rather than just get to the top, also get all the skills.
boost mechanic - so kinda like in rocket league.. you get a certain amount of boost and you can use it as like a jetpack, this would be a good substitute for the double jump because it would make gameplay way smoother imo.
Make it really difficult: maybe a platform you cannot stand on or you get teleported back to the start ( or like a checkpoint for in the future )
Stylize it! - give the game personality and style. right now it's plain solid colors and pretty well known fonts for the menu. make things move, use textures, animate things (I'm sure this is already a thought of yours because it's in early acces but still )
sounds - maybe some grunts from the player or some heavy breathing after a while
currency or xp - some sort of currency/xp to buy certain upgrades or any item.
unlockable backgrounds - have a theme for night, day and other kinds of backgrounds.. or have an option for a day and night cycle.
rewards - a difficult game should be rewarding as well, it should be balanced so that people actually enjoy it and get a sense of fulfillment from it. I'd suggest adding checkpoints and certain skins or bonusses when you reach those checkpoints.
there's probably alot more I could think of but I honestly think you already have alot of great ideas! I will be following this game with alot of excitement to see what the future has in hold for this game.
oh and lastly.. something that probably isn't on your mind and probably shouldn't be any time soon but this kind of game would work really great on a mobile device, so maybe later on in development?
