Very good game, much more difficult compared to the other versions of this game made by the developer. There's also a lot more levels and throw in the learning aspect of a bunch of different words in different languages and I can see a lot of value especially for the low price.

The game that was missing to make studying a language really fun. I loved being able to hear the words being spoken in the corresponding languages. Learn and have fun in one package! I recommend.

I really like word puzzles and this is one of them! When solving the puzzles, you learn to write and even to pronounce words in different languages! Very interesting.

This educative game is really amazing. You have done good job. It would be nice if you could add definite articles of the German words, and perhaps Latin language as well.

Good way to help you learn a vocabulary of a new language. For each word, you can see how to write and spell it in English, Portuguese, Russian, German, Spanish, and French. Interesting to see how some words have similarities in spelling and writing.
Nice game!

This is a really nice game that includes several languages, including English, Russian, German, Portuguese, Spanish and French. This game will help you to learn or familiarize yourself with other languages.
There are 300 different levels to complete to unlock all the achievements. The game takes approximately 7 hours to complete. All the achievements are unlocked by completing all the levels, therefore none of the achievements are missable.

mini words: polyglot is the next entry in the franchise. as usual, you have to find a number of words among a bunch of letters to complete each level. it plays very similarly to the excellent lyne, only with words, and of course it resembles all the word games ever on mobile.
this time, instead of optional descriptions, you get words in other languages and have to find their english equivalents. text-to-speech technology lets you listen to various machine voices in portuguese, spanish, german, russian, french and italian, plus of course english once the word is found. you can set your preferred order in the menu and even disable languages you're not interested in.
you should be fine even if you only speak english, as at least one of the words is usually close enough to what you're looking for, the starting letter is always shown, and if worse comes to worst, just crack open a dictionary or try to figure it out on your own. there's no timer or mistake counter, so it's all very relaxing and relatively easy, but difficulty will vary on your linguistic skills and foreign language knowledge.
300 levels in 16 packs, every level is available within at the same time, but packs have to be unlocked one by one. everything else works the same way as before, keep the mouse button pressed until you finish creating the words by moving horizontally, vertically or diagonally, but you can (and often have to) go back and forth to make longer words than the number of letters on the screen (e.g. using 't', 'e' and 'x' you can create text by using 't' twice), but you have to use all the letters at least once.
the presentation is the usual, simplistic looks with some color combinations less ideal than others. no music, only a few sound effects and speech, but there are separate volume settings and a toggle for automatic speech as well. gotta click the speaker icon if it's off, otherwise switching language for a word automatically pronounces it. no resolution options or windowed mode per se, but you can resize the game window to various percentages, 100% being full screen, it's good enough. there's a background animation toggle as well.
overall, it's a very good word game with plenty of educational value and content at a good price. no-brainer if you've played the other games in the series, also good if you're learning one of the languages. what I would've liked is if words on a level had some sort of connection and if level packs represented various topics to make them more useful for learning. maybe next time.
