Alexy's Winter is a great game with an unique atmosphere. You face every-day struggles which you solve with unusual methods because you can't simply go to the shop and buy the stuff you need. It's about neighborhood, helping each other and finding creative ways to deal with obstacles.
For example, you use your neighbors' petroleum-soaked floor mat to convince a man who wants to light a fire to help you.
The game comes with achievements and receives updates even tho the developer lives in Ukraine which is at war against the russian invaders right now.
(At the time of the review I didn't pass the whole game, I just sneaked in and really like it.)

Being from USSR many things portrayed (including people's attitudes) made me chuckle.
Overall it is very nice point and click game, well made, some quite interesting puzzle solutions and it is beautifully drawn. I wish there was a longer game play.
Looking forward to more episodes/games from devs.

I enjoyed playing this short point and click game. The hand drawn scenes have a great sense of place and the snow gives shivery cold feeling so I really felt sorry for the main character locked out of his apartment. The music was a good match for the game. The dialogue was very funny and endearing.
I had a small technical problem with my computer before I could play this game but the devs were really helpful and responsive so that the game works as it should now.
I hope the developers add some more episodes as I would definitely play them.

If you're looking for a game to wile away a winter's night, this would be most appropriate! It perfectly captures the atmosphere of a Russian winter, even though I don't live in Russia...Being locked out of your house starts a chain of events that lead you through a total of only three screens, though each one is full of things to do and people to interact with. The puzzles are very well thought out and aren't too illogical, except for maybe the one with the pickles ;) For a single indie dec this is an impressive effort and definitely worth your time!

A short Point and Click Adventure Game, I wish there was a neutral rating, because that is what this deserves, it is an interesting premise with some clever puzzles and some that have a strange logic, however it is the pixel hunting in the game that is very frustrating.
Given that it's an Indie Publisher I erred on the side of recommend, it you really like P&C games and want a short one with a unique premise, try it out.

Fun little point and click, with colorful characters and an interesting story line. The regional music well fits the atmosphere of the game. I love the well drawn artwork, which gives a warm feel to an otherwise snowy ordeal. This is a great first entry into the gaming field.

A quite interesting and atmospheric adventure game with nice graphics. It stays true to the classic point & click genre. The controls are good and gameplay is entertaining, even when some puzzles were a bit illogical. Can be a bit slow at times, but when you get into it you love it.
Soviet era theme is also interesting. I would love to see more episodes in the future! Thank you for the game.
