Very Addictive! The game runs super well, its very fun to pick up for a casual gaming session. The procedurally generated dungeons are nice to keep the game and difficulty feeling fresh. Not to mention that the soundtrack and sound design really adds a relaxing yet focused feel to the game. It's a great pick up for those also addicted to Binding of Issac!

This is a great game to play while waiting for the friends to get online. Can be difficult but if you take your time you can navigate the levels to defeat the Dungeon Bosses and unlock new characters to make the game more customizable. Allowing you to play the character that fits you the best!

Roguely's best strength is it's simplicity. This is absolutely the kind of game you play while listening to a podcast, binge watching an episodic series, or vibing to an album on the side. It's quick to pick up and jump into, and rewarding with it's persistent upgrade system and achievements.
If you go into this game expecting something simple, fun, and easy to waste time on, you'll be happy. Don't expect any more than that. There's no convoluted story, no mundane dialogue, and no cheap gameplay mechanics.
Once you get down to it, the mechanics are very simple. Dodge things, shoot things, roll around things. When you get hit it's your fault, and it feels rewarding to get upgrades to your speed, weapon, and health, and to get better at the game.
The graphics are nothing special, but that just compliments the simplicity of gameplay and the tightness of the controls. It's not trying to be anything that it's not. This game's biggest strength, once again, is it's simplicity. And for that, It's great.
