This is a cute game, but it's not really about home designing. For those who play Home Flipper, this is nothing like that. This game consists mostly of solving puzzles by searching for random objects to "sell," in order to get enough money to buy things to decorate certain rooms. The decorating part is pretty limited, in that it takes completing many levels just to get enough to buy a sofa, etc. Some of the puzzle modes are quite silly, imho, like "Silhouette mode" where you have to find items based on their silhouette. This game reminds me of the matching/seek and find games we were given in second grade. Another mode is one called "Differences" where you have to spot the difference ("one of these things is not like the other...." just like on Sesame Street). There are also in-between "breaks" where you literally play Memory Match: find all the pairs of cards that match, until you clear the board. There's also a Mah Jongg level (?)...not sure what the point of that is, other than it's another way to earn coins (yes, literally coins -- which is a slow way to buy furniture). For me, the biggest problem with this game is that you have to play in 1920x1080p resolution, but I have an ultrawide monitor. When I started the game, the "next" buttons were completely hidden by a brown wall on either side. The developer's response to my inquiry was to tell me to change my screen resolution, which basically means that if I want to play the game, I have to change it every time. There is no setting in the game options to do this. There is a checkbox to enable/disable fullscreen, but that doesn't really help. So if you have 1920x1080, you're fine; larger than that, you're going to have to fiddle with it to get it to work. The game is kind of fun in a very elementary-school way, or as a relaxing low-stakes pastime. However, if you're looking for an interior decorating simulation game, this is *not* it. For me, this is about a 5/10 game. If you're looking for a really laid-back simple game, this might be for you.

Another great home designer game. I already played "Home Designer - Livingroom" and this one is just as good. I love this game. It's got a great variety of different HOG scene modes, where you earn money to buy things to renovate the home. It's not too hard to find the objects. And I love hunting for the origamis. I cant wait for a game developer to make a game where we can design our own houses from the foundation up and decorate all of the rooms with wallpaper, furniture etc.

If you played the other home designer games then I am sure you will enjoy this one also. They put my two favorite things together, hidden objects and designing. I absolutely enjoy being able to choose the designs I like and being able to design a room the way I would like it. The game play is not too difficult and there are plenty of power-ups to help. This part actually has lots of fun mini games to change it up and not get boring. The main game is hidden objects to build up money to buy furniture (lots of options) to decorate different rooms. There are a lot of mini games of all kind and it really is a game to relax a bit after work.

An excellent relaxing game, the puzzles are much more diverse than expected. The graphics are better than most similar games. Highly recommended, especially if on sale.
