I'll give the developers (if there really are only two) some credit for really trying here. But, unfortunately they should have waited before releasing this game. There are so many obvious graphical glitches (4070Ti) right from the start, and a lot is just unfinished and obviously unpolished. The graphics looks like a pretty old game (maybe early 2000's) so there will be many upcoming games in this genre that will be much more appealing if that is not updated. I'll keep an eye on the project (that's what it is right now) because the devs seem committed and hope that this game really fleshes out someday. Can't remotely recommend at this point - refunded after 15 minutes.

So I'm giving this a thumbs up on the premise that it will improve, it's probably pre-pre-alpha right now so hopefully a lot of improvements will be coming. So here is my pro vs. con list: Pro: 1) nice tutorial, it's just enough to get you started 2) a nice variety of classes and skills 3) 4 races to choose from (although there is no description on if there are racial bonuses) 4) lots of combat (for those that are into that), you literally have to be looking behind you all the time, they like to sneak up on you. 5) has potential but not sure how much at this point Cons: 1) Combat needs some work, reaction time seems sluggish, enemies seem to be able to hit you more times than you can hit them. 2)as of right now you can only talk to certain NPC's , but hopefully that will change later on 3) from what I've noticed do far is that when putting down a foundation for your house you can't rotate it or adjust the height on the piece or kind of stuck with the direction that it comes at. 4) character creator needs some work, everything seems blurry, you can't change any specific feature, except for hair and skin tone (You can't even change the color of your hair) and for the most part they all look the same regardless of what species you pick (elves should have pointed ears not round) 5) the world seems very blurry, except for what's right in your immediate area. 6) Night time seems to last much longer than day time, I played for almost 4 hours and most of that time it was night. 7) the map needs some work as well, quest giver icons only show up if your relatively close to their location and the icon for the quest giver and the destination are the same, so you don't know if that's where you should go or if it's just another quest giver. The map is covered in fog-of-war style so if you pick up a quest you might not know which direction you need to go. 8) loot just pops up randomly every where and their doesn't seem to be any timer set for re-spawning loot or enemies, you could literally stay in one spot and get non-stop loot. 9) last but not least, there are no icon's for anything other than quest givers and settlements and red dots for NPC's, there is no icon for merchants or anything else. I'm really hoping the Devs can improve this game because it does have potential, maybe in a year or two it will be better.

Game is a bit rough right now, but the devs are super friendly and working hard to iron out the bugs. Had one of the devs jump into voice comms on Discord with me and watch me stream my issue to him, says he will have a possible fix by tomorrow. You just don't see that kind of dedication anymore and it's refreshing. The game needs a few more months of development to iron out all the issues, but with devs like this I am confident they will.

game has a good base to become something great with unlimited possibilities. it's a good create your own story with all the jobs you can have. As the first game they developed it's a good start for future possibilities.

This game is a buggy mess and the lighting feels washed out and unnatural. That being said, its reminiscent of 90s rpgs and if you dealt with those, you'll probably like this. Its very unfinished. Very buggy. The UI is probably carcinogenic But I am honestly having fun.

Very early access. clunky mechanics. weird graphics that don't really change when you alter them. the UI is not very friendly structured or easy to work with. Hit boxes are not applied or very awful. i didn't even make it past the tutorial honestly. Character models are not hateful. combat is awful. audios are a little buggy. i love the talent trees and the way you could expand of your character a lot of freedom there if you can stand to see how they have it layered out. over all could be good. to early to tell. its hardly even an alpha. not much else to say to be fair.

Don't get fooled by the trailers, not even close to what you get in-game. I don't even know what game is depicted on the storefront. On main menu, I tried to change the graphic settings.... I mean c'mon, bro didn't even bother trying to make decent menu as options are just displayed over the previous menu and by that I mean full transparency without background. When creating your character you can barely rotate your character to see what you are doing while creating it. I have a 6 ft desk and even with max sensitivity I'm not sure I would have been able to rotate my character once. The light is over saturated, it feels like you are playing right next to a nuclear explosion. Your character has clipping textures and can see through his/her skin. Been close to the first building I saw and realize it was only flat textures (not even 3D). Camera has 0 collision what so ever so as soon as you get inside a building it becomes a real mess to navigate. NPC are just standing still with there cloth clipping through them. Loot is just scattered on the ground, like went to a barn and there was 4 maces thrown on the floors. I've been playing the game in closed beta for the pass year if not more and I can't tell the differences from the first alpha I played. Way too rough as it is now. And not close to video we see on the store page. Played with i7-13700K, 64Gb DDR5 and RTX 4080 at 1440p and couldn't get a solid 60 fps. I know it's EA but c'mon man. Also refunDEAD.

They are trying but they are not there yet. Its not a game as much as two devs sandbox. It was not what I thought it was based on content on this page either it was far worse.

SOOOOOOOOO this game seems to have an awesome amount of potential, but certain things just dont work, harvesting, investigating pretty much ANY interaction with the world is SUPER hit or miss, you may get the prompt to interact, ie harvest, or select something, or investigate something or anything but only if you are at a 30 degree angle standing on your head facing the sun but thinking about the moon.......and THAN hiting E to interact...MIGHT work=P and the lighting is BAAAADDDDDDD even in broad daylight its hard as hell to see anything.......its got good bones but isn't really playable at the moment

I try to maintain a list of only five games that I will consider horrible. This just took four of those spots. I have zero idea what the other reviewers are talking about and I am starting to think they are either paid or people who were just close to the developer. I am not saying this game can never be good, but it is definitely not good right now. I only got a few minutes into the game before I just stopped. The HUD is all over the place, stretching beyond the screen- even in the character creator. Several talents or things of that nature cannot even be selected. The game (literally) offers a tutorial but it doesn't actually do much other than tell you the basics that you already know. W A S D to move, yada yada yada. Graphically, the game is visually doable but the animations look like a playdough poop. There are like seven or eight classes and they don't tell you what they do, though you can kind of get an idea of some of them based on the skills or spells. Not all of them have this luxury, however. The animations for gathering also take about 3-5 seconds to complete for a single gather, so even if the grind is small- this will make it huge. A lot of the things in this game are a struggle. Want to loot a bag? Too bad. You can't. That bag has already found it's forever home and it's not your inventory. There are also some weird clipping issues, getting stuck on the road occasionally or the corner of a building when you are five feet away from it. All in all, the game feels cheaply made. I did see that it is a two man dev team and I hate to write poor reviews for indie devs because I do believe that they are the future but after my small time in this game, I just feel like I stepped on a mental lego. I wish the dev all the luck in the world, but I don't (myself) see how this game will come out to amount to anything good.
