Warning: Asset Flip!
Bullet Time is a Unity Asset flip, what Valve calls a "fake game". The "developer", indiegames3000, took the Full Game Kit - Hammer 2 Unity Store tutorial/demo/game asset pack from the real developers, XForm Games, changed the name, reskinned it with a bunch of stolen "Funko Pop" Unity assets (also unattributed to the actual creator, more plagiarism) and dumped the result onto Steam. They're attempting to scam people into buying this, so they can get your money for someone else's work. It gets worse... "Full Game Kit - Hammer 2" has also been shamelessly dumped on Steam by other asset flippers apart from indiegames3000:

"Hammer 2 Reloaded", asset flipped by XF Game Studios/XF Game
"San Matias - Mafia City", asset flipped by MageC Studio
"City Gangs War in Miami", asset flipped by Polantronic
"Hero Hunters", asset flipped by Beyond Games
"Rampage Miami", asset flipped by RewindApp
"Hammer 2", asset flipped by RewindApp
"Totally Mayhem", asset flipped by Mihai Morosanu
Take a look for yourself... these are all exactly the same game! indiegames3000 has shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab. They lack depth and content, because they're just simplistic copies of demos or tutorials. In this case, "Full Game Kit - Hammer 2" is just a template for making a low poly third person shooter/vehicle action game ripoff of GTA4, and doesn't have any merit as a proper, fully fledged PC game, so this copy+paste of it can't be recommended. Asset flips don't involve any professional game development. Sure, sometimes they may change a few cosmetic things, swap out different assets etc, but at heart it's functionally identical to the asset they're ripping off. Asset flips like this are harmful to the gaming industry and to Steam because they reduce the visibility that sincerely made indie games should have, and make it harder for gamers to find real games from genuine developers. Another important Note: indiegames3000 have been caught using fake reviews on their games in an attempt to mislead gamers by creating a fake positive review score. The reviews are all from known/compromised pay-per-review accounts, all in Russian or broken English, and show as Steam purchasers (to make the fake reviews count). The fake reviews are all posted within roughly 24 hours of each other, and usually shortly after the game launch. There's no evidence of fake reviews on this game, but that may change in future. Gamers have a right to know when developers act in a highly unethical manner. Don't reward this morally bankrupt, unethical behaviour from indiegames3000.
Profile Features Limited!
Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.

In this game, your hero (who looks suspiciously like a John Wick funko pop) shoots bullets, which you guide in bullet time past obstacles ind through the bodies of all the bad guys in a given level. Bullet Time is rough around the edges, for sure, but there's also a certain charm here, and I kept playing the game long after I intended to put it down. Ultimately, I liked it.

My Experience I've always found "bullet guiding" to be a fun mechanic, but this seemed pretty rough around the edges. I've never before purchased anything by developer indiegames3000, but since Bullet Time was only a dollar I decided to give it one shot [get it? hohoho]. I didn't have much information going in, since the only English review currently misidentifies this as a "rythm" game. I used Google translate on the other Russian review, but only learned that "the Persian did not yebal with a grenade launcher." While it's possible that this information is important, I never identified the relevance. Anyway, Bullet Time is pretty awful. As reviewer "Jesús" identifies, there are hitbox issues. In addition, the game seems to have perhaps 10 configurations of enemies and obstacles. Each level is a somewhat random combination of these 10. Once you've learned how to navigate each obstacle it's just about putting your strategies together for one flawless shot, depending on the particular configuration of obstacles the level presents. I pretty quickly tired of the experience and requested my dollar back.
