I have a bit of a problem when it comes to doing this review of 'DMN7' On the one side the cell-shaded graphics are nice and the storyline ticks along nicely. Besides, the £7.19 asking price isn't all that bad given that I did find myself enjoying that game. ...well...I did at first anyway. The idea of the game is you sneak about a sewer looking for 8 leavers to pull. All the while the evil robot is hunting you down and once it sees you, you are dead because this thing moves fast. The problem is if it does see you it is game over and you start again. And again and again and again...over and over until you get bored and quit. I have no idea how long this game is because I got bored of the robot always catching me. I do feel there is some great potential here, but the gameplay never really changes, but the level layout does.
I can now confirm that there are quite a few levels, I have got through the 6th gate and there seems to be plenty more, so this game definitely gets the thumbs up from me.
