Do yourself a favor and don't buy this game. To me a game should be fun and enjoyable. This game is neither.
To start out, you begin as an owner of a used car lot. The used cars you buy to resell can only be priced for a profit of about $700. Typically you'll sale 2 cars a day, on rare occasions more. The cost of the employees you need to run the dealership will cost you about $500 a day for a shitty overall profit of around $200 a day. As you can see, the grind is awful. In 3 months of game time, I've totaled $5,600 in profit. Each day, at full speed takes approximately 5 mins of real time. To upgrade to the next business, a gas station, you'll need $135,000, so at that rate, I'll have to play another 10-12 hours to get the next business. Well, not really because you can also be robbed during the night and lose $8,000 unless you want to hire a security officer which will bring your profits to nearly $0 a day.
Verdict: GAME IS FUCKED! DONT BUY

Love the game. It is very fun to figure out how to make money. The loans are an excellent way to buy your way up to profit. Love the ability to send service jobs to different service department. I would suggest they make it possible to make a dealership group that shares it's inventory like cars and a central warehouse for parts for that dealership group to make it easier to restock as that is the hardest part in the game. It would be nice to have a parking lot of cars of all the brands you own as inventory and it restocks the dealers that sell that brand of car. It would be neat for used cars as well. The parts warehouse would be the same concept with you only having to restock it for parts and having it send out parts to the service departments that are running low on a threshold that you decide on.

The game is good is something different again many possibilities (not all looked at yet).
so far I am very satisfied with the game as price-quality.
We will update this review in a few days.
very well done top
After playing for a while I'll add to my review:
Gas station
this part is not really profitable yet in the game costs a lot of money and the returns are not top yet.
At this point I wouldn't buy the gas station.
Unfortunately you can not adjust the prices of the gas station .
car wash.
Not yet fully tested.
Repair garage.
It's a nice setup, but the parts are a bit tricky because you can buy some per several at the same time and others per piece.
the repair is done by means of parts you will receive a message if you have no stock, but this part is not really profitable even though you can determine the number of profit percentages on the parts and determine the labor it is difficult to make a profit because often many parts such as small, medium and large parts, and that partly determines that you often have to buy and therefore cannot turn a profit.
In short, used car dealership is the easy money to make, you take a loan of 500,000 and buy all the updates and take almost all the advertising and make sure your staff has the highest possible score.
that means extra money.
Buy expensive cars, there is often 2 to 3000 profit, throw in some cheaper cars every now and then and you will see that you will soon exceed 500,000 again.
Dealership not yet tested.

Game has potential but it feels like it was developed over a weekend. So far I have the starter dealer and a gas station. Here are my biggest complaints with this game:
UI:
- Not intuitive, pop ups often block what your trying to accomplish, no way to close or move them so you just have to wait for them to time out.
- Very little is explained. for example, when you hire an employee the format is [name],[rating],[hourly cost] except this is not explained to any extent when you start, so all you see is a name, a number, and a value. its easy to assume the $ is per hr, but the rating takes a minute to figure out how it effects the performance of the dealership.
- None of the menus are concise. One menu closes by an 'x' in the right corner, another closes by 'exit' on the left.
- The "construction mode" is useless. there is no way to adjust sensitivity, so good luck making any changes, and you cant add anything, so its basically just move a desk or spot. Utterly pointless as there is no reason to move those things as you cant add more stuff anyways.
*Game play:
- There is a functioning economy in the world, it drives supply and demand. This reflects in how frequently customers by, but very little in what they buy.
- Dealers get cars from 2 sources (in reality), auctions and trade ins. There are no trade-ins in game, and you buy cars from a wholesaler where the prices are fixed. Okay, I can deal, except the wholesale to retail value calculation is a fixed algorithm, which means whether the economy is good or bad you have to pay the same for a car. As such, there is minimal point to playing with the "sales price" on a car. on top of that, the sales manager in game will adjust prices to make sales. Sometimes you make a little more than you expect, but sometimes you make a lot less that you expect. SO WHY HAVE THAT PRICING MECHANIC AT ALL?
- Another issue with the inventory management in this game is that, once a vehicle is listed in the wholesaler, its there until YOU buy it. even though there are dozens of other dealerships on the map, you are the only one who buys cars. So if a car if on the wholesale with minimal profitability, it will be there till you buy it. This feature also has a limited number of spots, so eventually you will get to a point where youre forced into buying cars with crappy profitabilty, and trying to over value them to keep your dealer making money.
- The game has a built in review system. I am unsure if its effect, but I can tell you, it is broken. I assume the intended mechanic is that lower reviews = less customers. At my gas station I have purchased every upgrade available, refill my tanks daily (so as to not run out of gas), refill my snack shack when it gets to 50% inventory, and never let the maintenance drop below 90%. All of my reviews say "@$#! upgrades" which is the games way of telling you the customers what you to upgrade things. But I have all the upgrades.....
-Theres a lot left to be desired. In reality cars come in in varying conditions, needing various levels of mechanical and cosmetic work to be put on the lot. different dealers have different standards of quality, which effects their reputation and their sales price. Theres also a ton more that goes into employee retention aside from an hourly rate (which, at least in the US, 99.99% of car sales persons are paid via commission not hourly, which means if nothing is selling they arent costing the business).
- This game needs more data, to see whats working whats not working in making money. youre just left to assume that everything is profitable.
*** The long and short of it is: this is a $5 game masquerading as a $10 game. Considering Ive found this many holes and havent touched Repair shops, body shops, car washes, new dealers, exotic dealers, commercial dealers, or motorcycle dealers.... Unless this game drops significantly in price or gets a major update, it will continue to be a no from me.
