TLDR: This software ruined the Photoshop prayer, Now it's as easy as howling at the moon. \Best Shortcuts, Hand = To pan around your image, CTRL + SHIFT< Spacebar, Tool subset now, SO MANY LAYER TYPES< so many tool sets, and Particle effects, You can make sooo many different types of marks on a canvas, AND - > ON SO MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATERIALS/Papers;Surfaces the Undo, is interactive, and you can undo 255 steps of your actions, not the entire action !!!!!! This is one of the most special features I've ever seen in any painting, or mark making software. Just go. Do it, invest in your life, to make the best things your eyes can see, and generate, You can generate the most abstract, random anything you want, So use references, like Pinterest even, Click on the canvas to make shortcuts work, Direct interaction is cool, if you don't have multiple monitors, you may make this app smaller, work on DLSS, Nvidia Control Panel, Have TONS Of fun, so many tools, This software, for the amazing package it is, contains animation timelines, Wacom support, supposedly needs like stable drivers, for intuos 4 era - Intuos Pro - 6.3.15 or something, Windows Ink , May potentially need to be turned off not to conflict with this, It works incredibly well out of the box, with Wacom Intuos Pro Small, Drivers , even possibly, new ones. It's super fun to play with, It's like Hardcore photoshop, you can do everything you want AND MORE< and there's any puppy ray, which is what this amazing brand is known for .can generate height maps, and render them into 3D< and even export to other objects to make it usable in 3D software/ .OBJ if i remember quickly, You can generate movies with your animations. And even paint on video layers, if there's something you want to do with it, post a question in the community hub, or search a youtube video to help you. There's incredible power, and fun with this,

I have 15+ painting programs ranging from free to the most expensive Corel Painter 2021 which is about $450. Out of ALL of these programs PD Howler has the very most capabilities out of all of them put together. The others I just play around with, and then do "real painting" with PD... There are so many options, in fact, almost too many! My favorite thing is painting with particles! One can produce fantastic artwork without even being an artist using the particle brushes! I started out with Project Dogwaffle with version 1, and still use PD Howler (old name was Dogwaffle). There is just NOTHING that can out perform PD, not even Corel Painter... it doesn't even come close! PD is priced so low, and does so much! I recommend PD to anyone who does digital artwork. I give it 10 out of 10 stars! Don't even waste your time buying the "other ones"! I now have 2 XP-Pen display tablets, the 22" and 12" ones, and they work fantastic with PD. You should buy PD for sure!!!
