Wait a minute... Is this really just the demo? After about half an hour, I reached a point that said (press) "space to end demo", then I got an ending and credits scene before ending up back in the main menu. Maybe that was an oversight, but the devs haven't shown any activity at all here. So, big heads-up. Other than that... It's about as weird and trippy as you might expect. There's a lot of talk about meditation and chakras and stuff with some chat speak, which didn't really land for me. The idea of awakening Mother Ocean and all that is beautiful though. I don't regret playing, and don't really regret paying for this apparent demo either. Even after just half an hour, I feel like I emerged from a dive into a strange but calming world. Definitely recommended for those who are into New Age stuff and psychedelics, others may or may not enjoy it. But you know, the demo's still up... * * * If you like chill and story-driven games, check out my curator Peaceful Adventures and Stories.
