This game highlights why there should be a neutral recommendation option on Steam. It's not bad, just lacks content and every aspect feels like a less polished version of Dungeon Wizard or Troll Patrol. If you've 100%-ed those games, this one might still offer some fun—especially if you can grab it during a sale. For those unfamiliar with similar titles, the gameplay might still appeal, but there are other options that execute the match-3 mechanics with greater depth and refinement. This just feels unfinished.
For more match-3 game recommendations, check out this curator page: here <3. Can't stop to match 3 review #4.

Good gameplay concept, one of the most boring roguelite executions
When I first discovered Dwarves & Dungeons with it's gameplay loop about drawing line between all matching materials (attack, shield, coin or health) and with description of having roguelite genre attached to it, I knew I wanted to give it a try. However, despite giving it four hours chance to get me interested, I'm way too bored with this product to continue. So what a game with a good gameplay loop has to fumble in roguelite genre to bore out even a long time fan of the genre? Well for a start, player classes are boring; the first one of three available classes is clearly the most effective one, while second and third class are clearly under powered compared to the first one. Then the limited moves "pick-ups" like training dull, "You swing the sword in wrong way and failed to learn anything?" what the h### is point of that when you already have limited time to get there?? And when you actually get some kind of choose? They are laughably lame options, "Make 3% more damage against bosses" sounds something written on forced Games as a service-video game's loot. And top of it all to fail in *lite* aspect, the permanent upgrades you can acquire all lame and very costly.
Verdict:
Not even worth to buy in sale at it's current state.
