The problem isn't to much with the game itself. It's that it's advertised as being an HD version of the original but the graphics actually look worse. Also there are some little changes that can be off-putting to fans of the original. My advice: don't buy this but try the original. But be advised the version of the original that comes with Toy Soldiers: Cold War has been tapered with also.
