I got a chance to play this with friends and family during the long weekend, It's a pretty fun party game, we mostly put our own prompts and it got really hilarious, we laughed a lot!!! The cool part is that with having access to only one VR headset, ALL OF US could still play together joining from our mobile devices and sometimes switch roles to be on VR. many of my friends were first timers in VR, but it was easy for them after the tutorial to get a hang of all interactions, draw and use the shapes.

This game is a great social game because you can get many people in the same game, but you only need one VR headset. It was very easy to get up and going, and it was so much fun drawing in 3D. The game gets regular updates and bug fixes, and I would recommend it to anyone look to get artistic with their VR headset.

The concept of the game is great. It is fun drawing and the equipment you get to perform for your friends is decent (room for improvement). But the thing that bothered me that we played several rounds, and of the 10 rounds, we had 3 times 'Pokémon' as theme... neither of us know any Pokémon, there is no option to skip a theme, nor is there an option to select / deselect themes. I hope there are plenty of themes and words, otherwise this game will be useless in 2 more sessions I'm afraid. ============ EDIT I must admit I was a little too soon by posting the above... There is a possibility as described in the comment. I edited the specific files and the pro's are: - now able to delete categories you don't want to play (like Pokemon) - able to translate the words, so it is easier for kids to play - able to add / remove words from the specific lists, to personalize gameplay About the gameplay: the concept is great. I just hope it will be easier in the future to use the shapes (like duplicating a table leg to make 4). Conclusion: It's not all good, but I changed to a recommendation!

VR needs more games like this!! This has been fun so far -- played mostly with online friends, but planning to bring it out at game nights in the near future (seems like it'll be better in-person actually -- there's a spectator mode if you want to run it on a shared screen). Hoping for more VR party games like this in the future :)

Pictionary/sculpting game using VR + phone app. The painter in VR can draw on a canvas with 3 colors, draw in the air with a bunch of colors, or place geometric shapes in the air to visualize a word. Other players use a phone app to see the drawing, guess the word and trigger hazards. I’m reluctantly giving the game a not recommended rating. I like the idea of the game, and I am impressed by the technical feat of getting this all to work with an app, but some things makes it too difficult for players new to VR to be the painter. I am not sure I can get my family to try the game again because of this. Feedback: * In a reasonably sized play space, the canvas, paint buckets and 3d objects should all be within the play space so locomotion wouldn't be needed. Consider adapting the creative space to the play space or make the creative space smaller so most setups don't need to use locomotion. * Switch smooth locomotion to teleport locomotion, because smooth locomotion is disorienting for players new to VR and can make them nauseous. * Add a setting to disable locomotion to prevent players from moving the world around if the creative space is fully within the play space. * Make the game clear the pictures between rounds. * Make it clearer how to manually clear the pictures. It should be obvious how to do this without playing the tutorial. * Some players were confused about the controls for placing 3D objects vs drawing in the air. Maybe controls can be tweaked to be more intuitive. I admit that I hadn't played the game in advance so I couldn't coach them well. (Valve index) Painting on the canvas was difficult and only had 3 colors so I guess the canvas is mainly a gimmick and the main way to convey a word is by using 3D objects and drawing in the air. This was not clear to us from the start and caused some frustration. Players can enter custom words at the beginning of a round which is great, but I’m a bit confused about how this works. The same player who entered the custom word can also guess the word. I was also hoping to be able to play the game in a different language but the custom words were mixed with words from the game.

Oh this is such a fun game, an awesome party game, particularly ideal in the pandemic because you don't really need to be in the same room to enjoy it. it's like charades in VR with a few other added things. It's got cute characters and ways for people to suggest ideas for the "artist". I never get over the amazing experience of 3d drawing in VR so naturally I can spend hours on this game. I would love more brushes and colors, I want to draw Mona Lisa in that two minute time :D (there is a Mona Lisa painting hanging on one of the walls too).

This is what VR is about. I played this game with my nieces and we all had a blast. The phone app functionality brings the entire game to a new level. Very interesting concept and fun way to bring multiplayer to the VR space, even if you only have 1 VR unit for multiple people.

Truly hilarious game! I enjoyed how easy it was painting as The Artist and connecting our cell-phones. I highly suggest the tutorial to learn how to hold/change your paint brushes.

It is a fun concept! I love the fact that you can play with your friends online with them on their phones. This game has so much potential to be something that will be fun to get my family together and play together since we are all over and it is easy to play even for someone like my mom.
