Beautiful, but repeatedly crashed on me at random places.

I bought this game around a year ago and had controller issues with it as the game had not been setup to be used on the Oculus Quest 2.
Another issue that I had was that game would freeze up and when removing the headset, there would be a fatal error message on the pc screen. Contacted to developer and they said it was a DX issue and that by using DX12 should solve the issue. Actually made it worse as the game wouldn't run at all after that.
So I decided to leave it alone and almost a year later decided to give it another go.
Re-installed the game last night whilst at work so it was ready for when I got home. Got back, loaded up the game and within 2 minutes of the game loading, it crashed.
Had a look and noticed that this game has had no attention from the developer in around a year.
I wouldn't mind so much if the game was stated as being in early development but it isn't.
So to me, the game is being miss sold and wrongfully advertised.
It doesn't matter if the developer charges 50p or £50 for the game. To not make it clear to people before buying the game that game has issues and is still being worked on (or abandoned as the case may be for this game), is daylight robbery and Steam should put a block on any future sales of this game.
As I haven't had the privilege of being able to play this game, I am unable to give you guys a proper review of the game itself.
Seriously, do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this game. The Dev clearly has.

This game sounds very promising and a genre that I typically enjoy. Unfortunately, my first experience wasn't great.
It took ages to load and the game crashed and restarted 3 times in < 15 minutes. The control descriptions don't cover the Vive controlers so would have to do some guessing. As I was trying to figure things out, there was significant lag and intermittent jerking that was very unsettling. The tutorial cave area wasn't clear as to what you were supposed to do or where to go to get started.
Even with just the minimal movements navigating around the intro cave, I found myself getting nauseated.
After about 15 minutes of struggling only to make it a few steps back and forth inside the cave (to where you pick up the box), feeling nauseated and not knowing where to go next, I decided to exit the game.
I'll revisit the game again at some point and hopefully the devs will continue to make improvements to the gameplay experience. For now, there are other games that I will be playing that don't come with these hardships.

It's gorgeous. The vistas are stunning and once you fart around with some upgrades you can really rip around the place pretty quick.
By no means is it perfect, but for ten bucks it's an easy recommendation.

Yikes.
Performance is hideous.
The gameplay is bland, you just surf from one area to the next, reading tutorials that are missing text because of the environment is covering it up.
The controls work sometimes and the grab detection is nonsense.
If you actually make it to an area without the numerous crashing you will get a sword with no vibration feedback.
And just as the lack of feedback so is the music. All you hear is wind.
Next area you get a gun thats not finished modelled.
And finally you get out of the tutorial just to get to an area filled with puzzles.
By puzzles I mean grab a cube and put it in the box. which is extremly difficult because of the lack of grab detection.
You ask 8 euros for this but forgot to mention this is an early alpha and not even close to be a full game.
