good metroidvania

This game is a pretty solid metroidvania. There's plenty to discover, the puzzles are decent if a tad simple, and the exploration is actually pretty rewarding. I managed to 100% the game in (mostly) one sitting, and in 15 hours at that. Its a bit short, and I wish there was a bit more to the game, but the game delivers pretty well for a $20 game.

A great metroidvania game! I didn't notice how I played 75 hours. Yes, there are many tasks where you are thrown from one end of the map to the opposite, and then again to the other end of the map, but in my opinion this is a feature of metroidvania that you have to come to terms with, there are quite a lot of improvements and types of weapons that I did not use at all during the entire game, but a large selection is still better than its absence. The music is unfortunately not memorable, but the game is drawn perfectly, there are many enemies and all with different attacks, which pleases, the locations are large and interesting to explore them 100% (golden frame on the level map). Overall, an excellent game, I recommend it to all lovers of metroidvania with huge backtracking, great lore, choice of weapons, abilities, perks, and a bunch of secrets! ============================================================================================= Великолепная игра в стиле метроидвания! Да много заданий где выполнения тебя бросает из одного конца карты в противоположный, а потом опять в другой конец карты, но это на мой взгляд и есть особенность метроидвании с которой надо смириться, есть достаточно много улучшений и видов оружия, которыми я не пользовался вообще на протяжении всей игры, но большой выбор все же лучше его отсутствия. Музыка к сожалению не запоминающаяся, но игра нарисована отлично, врагов много и все с разными атаками, что радует, локации большие и их интересно изучать на 100% (золотая рамка на карте уровня). В общем отличная игра, рекомендую для всех любителей метроидвании с огромным бектрекингом, большим лором, выбором оружия, способностей, перков, и кучей секретов!

This was my favorite game at Gamescom 2023 and they really delivered. This is one of the best metroidvania games I know. They even reward exploration a little bit extra by highlighting rooms where you've collected all treasure. They do have this dark souls mechanic where you drop your money if you die, but you can just disable it! I love that, I've stopped playing many games because I don't want to be forced to go back to where I died, when I could just explore more and gain more power instead. In summary, if you like MetroidVania games, you have to play this one.
