Wordlee 3 once again presents itself as a word-based puzzle game, following closely in the footsteps of the previous entries. It offers the same categories, the same core mechanic of connecting adjacent letters to form words, and the same extremely minimal interface. The presentation still feels more like a prototype or a student project than a polished, commercially released game.
However, despite the familiar setup, something has finally changed. While the first stages feel too easy, with obvious words and levels that require very little thought, I began to notice a clear increase in difficulty around the halfway point. I often found myself restarting levels after making a mistake while connecting letters, which made it impossible to complete all the words needed to finish the puzzle. This challenge was entirely missing from the previous titles and added a welcome layer of tension. I genuinely appreciated this, as games like this need a real sense of challenge in order to be satisfying. Starting from the middle of the experience, Wordlee 3 finally manages to deliver that.
Regarding the price, unfortunately it is still completely unreasonable. Seeing this game listed for as much as $29.99 continues to make it feel like an amateur product being sold at a premium price. That said, if bought on sale for just a few cents, Wordlee 3 becomes the most justifiable purchase in the series. Compared to the previous games, it offers a bit more variety and introduces a challenge that gives the experience more weight.
One last point concerns the audio. Although there is still no background music, several sound effects have been added. I must admit they make the gameplay a bit more pleasant and provide some light satisfaction as you progress. Unfortunately, there is no option to adjust or disable these sounds, which may be an issue for players who prefer to play in silence or use their own music.
In conclusion, Wordlee 3 remains a simple and minimalistic title. However, for the first time in the series, it starts to show signs of care and thought behind its design. While it is still far from being a truly good game, it can be considered a worthwhile purchase, but only if found at a heavily discounted price.

Nice little word game, not much to be said. Get it on discount though 30 bucks is a mega scam.
