Walking simulator at dawn out on the open fields, filled with nostalgia - both on the tiny bits of dialogue and the whole evironment. Right up my alley.
At risk of sounding cliché or tacky, I'm going to say it.. when you play this, remember - its not about the end.

This game has some good visuals. Not the best, but they are pretty decent. You might have to mess with the settings a bit to find that sweet spot or else the game will be laggy or have some sickening motion blur. The story confused me a little bit at times. It has easy achievements if that is your thing. Some of the objects were boring to find mainly because the area is so big and spread out. It's a nice game to play if you want to take a break from Overwatch, Destiny, DOTA, or any other chaotic game.

The game was nice overall. The simplicity of the game really lets you imagine the story unfold through the gameplay. The music and the sunset type of ambient should have made the game more nostalgic, even though I felt a bit unsettled for some time. Maybe it was just me lol. Either way, I like the concept, the game is pretty good. Good luck with your next game, you got this!

An absolutely beautiful and heartwarming story about moving on, inspired by Home is Where One Starts by David Wehle (which is also as equally good).
This was very touching and personal for me as I lost someone very dear. Even though they may be gone, the good times and the loving memories will always be with me.
I highly recommend giving this little gem a try!

for the atmosphere it was worth it
but for the gameplay it wasn't.

So I'm a beginner in the area of games, but I'm starting to play more Indie games and paying attention to details in a game. Well the story I thought was cool enough to understand and your game has interesting interactivity as the radio you change the background music, when he speaks of the 1st kiss and when you control the car, but I have not played the Home is where one starts ,just saw parts of gameplay on youtube, but I think this kind of game has to be interactive all the time if not the player starts to get bored, because the scenario is large in a way and be walking without the character speak anything while the player may be lost is kind of boring.

I was unsure if I wanted to recommend this Walking Simulator game or not, but I did do it anyway. I felt like it was lacking more depth in the environment and some things was misplaced, like finding the coffee place or finding a single car part, but the story-telling as a whole was the best of it. I loved that part, bringing yourself to memories of a place like home or a cottage in the summers.
Graphics and the music was alright, not top-notch or bad. I recommend this game only for the experience of experiencing memories of your childhood/teenager life.

Although the game was very short, I can say that it filled me with peace. Except for a few bugs, I found it quite successful. Of course, you shouldn't expect too much. It was a game that I finished over and over again by enjoying it in general terms. It could have been nicer if it was longer. It was a gripping game that I wanted it to never end. I also liked the graphics and I can say that the atmosphere of the game is really amazing.

It's quite a relaxing game.
No zombies or other stuff chasing you. Just a short story in which you collect parts to repair your car. The game looks good, there was a bit of lag on my pc(motion blur when turning) but nothing really bothering.
Essentially it's a walking sim, but I give this game credits because it was just a break from all those action games I usually play.
Recommended.

I really don't want to rate this game poorly because I can tell a lot of heart went into into it but there really isn't much game here in my opinion. I tend to enjoy story based games that others might consider "walking simulators" but this is mostly just a frustrating and boring prop hunt with minimum dialogue.
To the developer:
I saw in a response that this is your first game you created so I'll toss in some constructive criticism that maybe could help for future games, but feel free to take any of this worth a grain of salt since at the end of the day I may just not be your intended audience.
Minor things:
There appears to be a bug with picking up all 4 spark plugs at once. I had all items on me and tried to pick up the 4th and it wouldnt let me, after going back to the car and using all the items on me i was then able to go back and pick it up.
It took me several minutes to figure out i needed to left click on the garage door, i kept trying to press E and searching for a key or another way in.
All settings change back to default everytime you load the game as well as no saving progress. The game is very short so this is a minor thing but it still seems like something that should be in the game imo.
Major issues:
Without any direction for where to search for items the game feels like a random scavenger hunt to me. The items are placed in seemingly random places and sometimes hard to realize that you can pick them up.
There is terrible blur/lag when i turn more than 45 degrees at once, I dont know if this is just an issue on my end or an optimization issue but even on low settings it made the game very disorienting at times.
This game looks incredible and i love the map design as well as the small amount of dialogue that is there. This may be a negative review but there is still some really good stuff in this game i just want a fan of prop hunt nature of it.
