Lovely game. Great visuals and well-nuanced orchestral score. Unique puzzles, nothing super difficult—the most satisfying part of the game is to see the solution literally bloom in front of you—gameplay becomes beauty. Well-done environmental storytelling with the letters scattered around. A bit short, and I think it could stand to be more complex; it's hard not to imagine what might have been with a larger scope. A worthwhile adventure.

Great puzzle game, i like how information for all the clues are displayed in different formats like news papers, notes and other sources of information and the lock in system for clues significantly helps figure out what pieces of information were related without pulling out the whiteboard and all come together without huge leaps and is all completely logical.
I do wish it was a bit longer with only a handful of puzzles but makes up for it with a beautiful art style and presentation for all of its environments and areas are in a clean almost painted visual style makes it a great experience to explore and enjoy the areas, listening to nice music while solving puzzles.

Easy and cozy game. Similar to Strange Horticulture, but a walking sim and very light-hearted. Walk around a beautiful mansion and garden and figure out which conditions rare flowers need to bloom. Not a serious detective game, but a pleasant experience.

I've been looking forward to this for a while after playing the demo. It's really fun and relaxing with some really interesting puzzles. It's also really gorgeous to look at (both on my PC and Steam Deck) with plenty of accessibility settings which really show accessibility was considered throughout and not just as an afterthought.
I did manage to complete it in a little over 5 hours, so my only negative would be it's quite short for the price. However the game isn't padded out with needless back-and-forth.

Short but sweet. Having had the pleasure to hear Kitt Byrne discuss the game a few weeks ago, I was able to appreciate the effort taken to create an authentic atmosphere down to all the little details. The game was inspired by other classic puzzle games like The Return of the Obra Dinn, but I found it much simpler, albeit far more visually stunning. The entirety of the manor and grounds is gorgeous, with graphics, light, and sound alike evoking summer in England. The environmental storytelling is top-notch, from the subtle descriptions of household personages, to the sexism faced by Arabella (and conversely, the warm support of her friends), to the touches of everyday life such as dropped pots or left-behind hats. The plants themselves are whimsical and fascinating. I would recommend Botany Manor to any fan of peaceful puzzlers, or simply anyone in need of a vibrant break from midwinter bleakness.

It’s a pretty game and perhaps I overhyped it to myself pre-release, but it is limited in gameplay. After completing the game (in about 5 hrs) I was not even able to place plants or pots freely around the landscape. I thought the graphics a bit basic at times. Lovely atmosphere though, wonderful sets and the story was interesting.

Lovely. It's a short, beautiful and peaceful puzzle game. You explore an exquisitely handsome manor in search for rare plants and how to make them bloom. You discover a bit about yourself and the struggles of a woman in scientific circles before the advent of our modern times through letters and environmental clues.
It's a short game and the puzzles are fairly easy, but the design and art direction is superb and makes for a great quick escape from your everyday life.
