It feels really basic. From what i saw : the NPC's are just driving a path and hardly respond to you.
It feels a bit like a prototype instead of a full fledged game.
I'm not sure if the game quarantine plays the same as i have not played that game in years.
Maybe the new one is good. Ill might check the demo sometimes.
