The intro tutorial is just about all i had to see. The vehicle camera is shoved so far up the car's ass that you can't see anything around you and I just get motion sickness, the FOV setting does nothing for this, so for that alone the game is unplayable for me. There's crowds of people rioting but all you hear in the ambient sounds is generic city sounds, and among many other small things the game is far too unpolished for the price. The radio is really annoying and it's just the same 10 or so clips on repeat. The AI in this game are really annoying, since they don't die, they just get back up and bum-rush you. They have no semblance of self-preservation or fear, even if you're in a car they'll try to stop it with their own body.

Lets be honest, its got some issues, optimization, bugs and more. Definitely needs addressed and hopefully will. All that aside the game itself is fun enough to entertain.

Neutral rating. It was fun for a few hours with my friend. A very basic, less violent GTA. Steal cars, pick-pocket, run missions. Take down the corrupt mayor and his cronies. You can buy businesses and complete their mini game missions to make money. You can also buy properties. Multiplayer is fun, but it sucks that only one person is making progress, the other player is just a 'helper' so they cannot buy business or properties.
We also discovered a major bug. I was host, and every time my friend lost all his three lives, it froze the entire game and we had to alt+F4 to exit. All mission progress is lost and you have to restart. This was really bad in the final missions as they're pretty long.
Fun for a few hours. Achievements are bad and multiplayer is not done well.
