Context: In July 2025, payment processors like Visa and Mastercard began pressuring game platforms such as Steam and itch.io to remove R-18 (adult) content. This move was largely influenced by a group called "Collective Shout", which campaigned against adult-themed games, claiming they promoted harmful content—even when those games were fully legal and clearly marked for adult audiences. As an adult, I firmly believe in the right to legally purchase and enjoy any digital content, including R-18 games. These types of bans and removals are concerning, not because of the content itself, but because of the precedent it sets for censorship and consumer freedom. In response, I’ve made a point to buy more adult games, including cheap ones like Rebirth: Mr. Wang and GunSoul Girl, both as a form of protest and a way to show support for creative freedom—even if I play them on my main account. Funny enough, some of my first 100% achievements on Steam are from R-18 games. Yes, I’m that lazy—and yes, these games are that easy. With convenient skip and fast-forward options, it’s not hard to unlock everything in one go, especially if you’re just in it for the scenes or the mini-games tied to achievements. ---------------------------------------------------- About the Game: This one’s a typical visual novel experience with brain-dead simple puzzles. There’s even a question mark (?) hint button if you get stuck. The goal is pretty straightforward: unlock every scene in the gallery and... well, you know the rest. If you’ve played one of these, you know exactly what to expect. The scenes themselves are well-made for what the game is, and it’s honestly best enjoyed on a portable PC or a Steam Deck. That way, you can revisit the content easily without needing to sit at a desk or keep the game installed forever. Side note: It’d be nice if someone uploaded the CGs to Hitomi.la so I wouldn’t need to keep the whole game installed. ---------------------------------------------------- PS: If you’re unfamiliar, Hitomi.la is a helpful website for browsing CGs (character graphics) from adult games. You can often search the game’s title along with “Hitomi.la” on Google to see if it’s been uploaded.
