Run Dummy Run is yet another construction kit template copy+paste from serial shovelware pushers, Gales Corp/Reforged Group/Galesoozka/Repa Games/HotFoodGames/ImperiumGame/Enoops (this guy uses a HUGE number of fake Steam accounts to hide his identity). This guy does nothing but copy premade game templates and game tutorials, fill out a few things/stamp out basic levels using the construction kit templates, slap on an asset flipped set of sprites/assets, and dump them on Steam and into cheap nasty shovelware game bundles as cash grabs. Trying to get paid for someone else's game templates, assets... at best, this is shovelware, at worst, it's a scam/cash grab.
This time he's ripped off a basic node-webkit endless runner game template and reskinned it with some simple sprites/assets stolen off the internet. Pretty unethical stuff, but wait until you get a load of this guys prior record of asset flip scams.
Gales Corp/ImperiumGame/Repa Games have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running at the native resolution of their displays... there's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. There's no way for gamers to try improve the low quality graphics.
The game features simple, cartoony 2D graphics, of the type you normally expect to see in low effort mobile apps. 3D graphics programming does require a degree of skill and competence and unfortunately not all developers have the budget or talent to deliver this, despite 3D graphics cards hitting the mainstream in the 1990's. Considering this is being evaluated as a PC game, having the graphics phoned in like this isn't going to result in a high quality, visually impressive game that PC gamers are used to seeing.
The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers.
These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
It's also important to note the "developer" here has connections to a number of shady Russian asset flippers and review manipulators who show an organised pattern to scam and defraud gamers with fake reviews and asset flipping the work of others for profit. While reviews are about the games, gamers should be informed when developers act unethically. Whether these connections are the same developer using multiple accounts, or just working closely with other unethical developers, gamers should be warned about the harm to gamers by this developer and their associates. Buying games from unethical developers puts your money at risk.

Warning: Review Manipulation!

This game features a number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in either Russian or broken English, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the game launched on Steam, all have a direct Steam purchase of the game, and the accounts are used consistently to write fake reviews for asset flips and other cash grabs/scams. The "Positive" review score on this game should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product.
Run Dummy Run is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend.

Profile Features Limited!

Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.

not worth the 50cents - 5 minutes worth of gameplay to get to level 3 which is not possible to get past the first obstacle.

"Did I tell you what insanity is? Insanity is the exact repetition of the same action, over and over again, in the hope of a change. It is insanity."
Test your reaction, make the doll jump in time and overcome obstacles and enemies. At the levels, you can find special perks that change the gameplay, for example, speeding up the character, or you can saddle a chicken and fly on it, turn upside down taking anti-gravity boots.

Intuitive UX/UI, a game to turn off your head and relax after a hard day's work. Expect a super wow from such a game, probably not worth it. But to kill the evening, it will be enough

Also, the game is quite cheap and very interesting, especially for its price. Buy this game

2D runner with a side view, very difficult levels, a game only for desperate guys with nerves of steel who want to test their strength! Personally, I couldn't survive this crash test ...

Run Dummy Run is a classic 2D side-scrolling runner from an indie developer with simple graphics and simple soundtrack that any calculator can run. You control a crash test doll. The doll was very scared when she found out what she was created for and decided to run away.

I am not sure why there are positive reviews of this game. Either they are fake reviews or the players have not managed to get to level 3.
At level 3 the game does not continue, it is impossible to get past the first obstacle on this level. This is not because I suck at running games. This is because the obstacle hit boxes are too close together and block further progress. Check out the discussion threads in community hub, other players also experience this issue. The dev has acknowledged the bug and claims to have fixed the issue. Which is a lie.
This needs to be fixed before I change my recommendation.
