Cute and braindead game.
Gets very repetitive after a while and getting all skins is waste of my time, so not gonna do that.
Still it's a nice game for kids and childish adults like me. :P

This is fun for a few hours, but it does get a bit grindy. Every animal in Fantasy Friends has a baby and adult stage, with the beginning stage just being you feeding them and keeping their houses clean. The adult stage is where you can play with them and complete minigames to earn currency and improve the moods and physical health of your little friends. Currency is used to unlock new animals, or can be spent unlocking the 12+ skins for each animal randomly. There's also a basic tutorial to get you going, easily followed by kids.
One thing to note, the unicorn's adult stage feeding minigame is broken, meaning your little horned horse will forever starve no matter how much attention you lavish on it. The developers have long been aware of this bug but never fixed it. Parents may wish to revert the unicorn permanently back to baby stage to avoid this.
Achievement hunters, you'll be spending the first five hours unlocking and playing minigames. The last five or so hours? Steady pet care grinding to unlock the remaining skins and final two achievements. As of now the achievements cannot be used in Showcase slots and don't count towards global completion.
I picked this up for $2 at 90% off, and honestly that's about all I'd say it's worth. Decent visuals and sound effects just can't hide how repetitive Fantasy Friends becomes. Worth a buy if you or your child likes cutesy games, but that's about it.
