At first glance, this developer's games come off as borderline shirtpost meme games where you do stuff like fight a moving JPEG image as a final boss, but these games are actually very well-designed and the developer clearly knows what they're doing. They're also old-school in sensibilities too, as in, they are fat-free and you just jump straight in are taken for a ride across varied levels that are each densely packed with interesting setpieces and enemy compositions.
Genuinely wish these games were longer, but that's a hard ask considering how dense with content these games. Plus I appreciate it makes them snackable experiences that don't overstay their welcome.

Horizontal bullet hell with a bizarre psychedelic theme. Tight controls. Arcade style gameplay. Pretty insane art style and okay audio. Just a fun game.
