It's essentially a psychosis simulator that allows puppet-style manipulation of randomly generated figures. There's even a mode that uses AI to write a script and generate nightmares without any input. Truly, Nightmare Puppeteer allows anyone to manifest the sewage infused hellscapes of their imagination. Just remember to "READ THE F*CKING MANUAL!"
