Would recommend for niche cases like fully-remote parties like we'd done during the pandemic lockdowns, or people who genuinely love the "guess the sound" prompts.
Otherwise believe in-person meetups would find it simpler to use a physical deck of conversation cards.
Would recommend a sequel take that "simultaneous input from multiple players for later or simultaneous reveals" capability & use it for more prompt types; it's one of the few things having a computerized moderator enables vs. just a card deck.

this game is great. the questions have started thought provoking conversations with new and old friends. There are definitely some bugs and issues, and the sound game is not as fun as main game. Overall will keep using as an icebreaking resource!

Played this with a couple different groups of friends, and every time we've come away feeling great. It seems like a lot of thought went into the emotional journey of the players - the questions are organized in a way so that the conversation naturally weaves between heavy and lighthearted topics.
There were a few issues with some players getting dropped from the game, though I haven't run into that problem after the recent update.

The questions presented aren't all that variable, on the intimate friends level very few are actually what I would classify as such, while most just being generic questions. The sound mini game is also pretty boring and I'd offer an option to completely skip it...
DEFINITELY not worth the full price, but I wouldn't personally pay more than 4€ for this game.

I came across this game about a month ago and got interested in it, so I saved it to my wish-list until now, when I finally got it and decided to drag my close friend to try it out.
Surprisingly, this game is actually a good game for it's intended purpose, which is to open up deep conversations and to be more open and vulnerable in order to get to know each other better. The questions are actually kind of interesting and it's a very relaxing to play (I love the jazzy café-like music, makes it feel like you're talking with someone in a café while sipping a nice warm beverage).
I still have some things that I feel like it's unnecessary. I honestly have no clue what's with the "Guess The Sound" game that plays before every question. I don't know if there will be an update to add more games aside from the sound game, but yea it's just weird and I still find it odd at times.
I have a feeling that people might buy this game thinking it's a truth or truth game and be disappointed, but yea if you're hoping to get fun questions then don't buy it. The title made it sound fun, when in reality you're really connecting with another or a few other people on a level that is a deep conversation.
So in conclusion, a wholesome game where you can build stronger connection with your friends or rekindle old ones by initiating topics for deep conversation (with a side of guess the noise). It's more of an interesting game, really.

Fun little game to do with partners, friends, or other people you want to get to know better. It's a nice conversation starter and opener, though I do wish there was more granular control of the questions and the ability to add more yourself. Also an option to disable repeats from previous sessions would be nice, I'd like to just run through them with someone, but repeats getting more and more common can be slightly annoying. I do definitely enjoy this game though, and hope there's more content added in the future. I also can't stream with audio because of my setup, but I found it really funny to imitate the sounds to the other person over a voice call, which made me think maybe a few variations on the guessing game where one person has to do the call of the animal listed would be fun, just an idea!

This is the perfect game for a pandemic. It's a really accessible conversation starter with a fun mini-game in-between rounds to cleanse the pallet. Whether you want to develop a new relationship further or rekindle an old one, this game gives you an invitation and permission to seize that awkward.

I like the premise of the game. Me and my friends like to have deep conversations a lot so it's nice to do this in a more organized manner. I do have a few gripes with the GUI, not with the game itself:
1. Even when we choose specific topics to talk about it still brings up questions from other topics (I'm not sure if this is intended but it's definitely a little bothersome)
2. If I press new game on my computer and play again on my phone it seems to register that I already entered the game and won't let me enter using the same name so I have to close the game and open it again.
3. Not a GUI issue but I just realize that there is a lack of sounds in the mini game sections (or maybe we were just unlucky to keep getting the same ones).
4. I don't appreciate skipping a question and just skipping that persons turn instead of replacing it with a different one.
5. I think the game settings (such as number of questions and stuff) shouldn't be placed at the beginning of a game but instead be placed along with the rest of the games settings (but that's just nit picking at this point).
Overall I love this game and will continue to play it with my friends for some time. I just wish some of the issues be addressed for a smoother experience. 7.5/10

Wild Honesty is a social app in the vein of Jackbox Party Pack, with a focus on deeper conversation. The game is composed of a playful animal sound guessing game along with a curated list of questions to facilitate discussion. The game appears intentionally bare bones, allowing for the focus of the game to be those you are playing with.
Though Wild Honesty offers a basic structure to follow, the real meat of the game is in the players becoming the primary drivers of the game. It is definitely an experience meant as a jumping off point for further discussion to occur outside the bounds of the game.
Overall, this game is an admirable attempt at promoting emotional intelligence and relationships. I would definitely like to see more games tackling similar goals as Wild Honesty as well as wanting to see what more developer 'That's Not A Game' has to offer.

Good concept however the amount of questions available is very limited and will repeat fast. Also, there are no "funny" questions. Should've added many more questions before releasing.
