I love this game only thing is missing now is VR support if you can add VR support this game will be a blast as you will be actually in the car while using your steering wheel and if you could add a gasters where you can use your mic to talk to the customers that'll be fun when they ask you a question but you can add VR support please at VR support

The mouse controls are unbelievably jittery and not smooth at all. And there is no way to adjust FPS or anything like that to get the game to run smoother, even though I have a pretty good gaming desktop that can handle much more intense games.
The road lines also often make no sense. There are three lanes with dotted lines and yet there are two flows of traffic? And then I get a penalty for going the wrong way even though the GPS told me to go that way? Make it make sense. And then there's a one-way street with the cars parked in the wrong direction.
Not only that, the NPCs step onto the road out of nowhere and then immediately penalize me, invalidating my entire long ride. What a terrible game.

Game looks rather nice and driving feel realistic, but that's all. The game itself is pretty boring. The NPCs are very dumb, the passengers hardly ever make contact or conversation. Cars drive around with no sense at all, often stop in the middle of the road for no reason and don't move even when we beep at them causing massive traffic. Only one city to "explore". I wish there was more action, events, smarter drivers and passengers, interesting missions. Also, when starting a game there was only a male driver to choose from.

Despite its flaws (described in other comments) and lack of diversity it's actually been a very enjoyable title to play, especially on a Logitech wheel. The main hurdle was to setup my G29 wheel and shifter to work properly but after an hour of fiddling around with the settings and remapping all the keys I was able to find a comfortable setup that felt quite realistic to drive.
AI traffic is decent although quite infuriating at times (exactly as being stuck in traffic in real life feels like) but I imagine getting it close to real world is almost an impossible task and I've yet to find a game that does this in a believable way. AI pedestrians on the other hand... nothing really positive to say about this feature but I'm hoping devs will improve it in future updates so it's not as much of an immersion killer that makes you want to punch your monitor especially after hitting a pedestrian 200m from your destination. Best to avoid or disable if possible.
Semi-realistic driving sim in a beautiful setting (Barcelona is the main hero of this game) is the what I came for when getting this title and I'm happy to say it delivers on this front. Get this game if you enjoy driving in real life and are looking for a short break from more thrilling racing titles.

I think the AI traffic was really well done. The game is fun. There's some minor aspects around the vehicle/driving that I don't totally like, but they're minor and not a big deal.

overpriced i got it in a good sale .its not a bad game and its nice to drive around barcelona its got good foundations the graphics are nice itseasy to pick up and play they given you the opportunity to build your taxi company and employ other drivers there is also a handfull of cars to buy upgrade too . you can think of it like ats or ets but just in one city.after the novelty wore off i got bored pretty quickly it just hasnt got the content or size of ats /ets to keep you focused youll soon be watch you tube videos in the background while you grind out taxi jobs .im sure there aware of this bc today a new dlc was released courier service you get one new vehicle and the chance to deliver parcels but its a 9.99 dlc wow .so my overview is its a good game but the price dosent match the content if it was half the price i would have given a thumbs up .if you see it in a sale then yes but full price .....

The first impressions are... okay... but the game itself really works. I am kinda impressed by how good the city looks, how good the car driving feels and how the other cars can drive around in this confusing town.
Three points I noticed:
1. The car rolls forwards or backwards even at speed 0 - Kinda annoying
2. You can't set the controller sensitivity how fast to look around in the cockpit (but many other options)
3. The sound is all over the place. The voice is loud and clear, the rest is super quiet. I tried to mess with the options but it's still not perfect.
But the game actually works and is fun. I like it.

The game could be enjoyable with a few patches, but it's not quite there yet. The devs are also focusing on releasing dlc instead of fixing the present issues in the game so I'll leave a negative review for now. I'll change it later once they fix the core gameplay issues.

Steering wheel support is terrible. Driving in the game is not very fun. Physics feel very strange. Not worth the money - Bought for £14.99 with supporter DLC.
