Other reviews will tell you this "game" is bad. They are right. But instead of repeating that, let me tell you my experience:
You start this up and get the option to start a new game or quit (Quitting is the right choice here). No Settings. There are settings in game but not here. You start a new game and get some unformatted text in default font. Not a good sign. It dumps you in some run-of-the-mill run-down back-alley and tells you to talk to the bartender. Ok. Movement is clunky and the sound is missing. You try to open steam discussions to see if there is advice on how to fix the sound. Steam overlay does not work with this game (how?!?). You Alt-Tab to steam and go to discussion and learn that your sound is fine, this game has no sound. It has some stock sound effect here and there. But most of actions (like walking) have no sound. Ok...
Whatever, you look for that bar with the bartender. All doors are closed and you cannot go anywhere. But there is a windows with some stock NPC. That is the bartender. Your back-alley is the bar. Somehow. You learn your missing date has been captured by fanatics and they are going to kill her in the side-room. .. Ok .. time for the combat tutorial, I guess. Nope. You just go through a door, fall down from a balcony and there is this character lying on the floor and some fire around. You are prompted to press 'interaction'. Whatever that means. After checking the controls in settings, you press E and you are holding something. You really only see a belly button. And you can no longer walk, just crawl. Time to escape from the side-room! You turn around to look for a door and there is a road.... You were supposed to be inside but maybe not, who cares at this point. You start to crawl towards the road and you are informed by text that the crowd is unhappy and throwing molotov cocktails at you. Except there is no crowd, there is no one. And there is no throwing or molotov cocktails. Just some fire poping up in front of you. That does nothing. And some really bad looking rain. Where to go? No idea. You crawl to one corner, nothing. You notice that the fire only appear if you go in one direction, so you follow that and there is a door. How to open it? You don't. You go close and get a load screen...
Some more pointless walking and magical fire poping up and you get to talk to some angel statue (in a game inside the game, somehow?). Telling you, it saved you (You were saved?!?) and talking something about love and god. I assume this is a really bad translation but the english text is just nonsensical gibberish.
And then you get dropped at the LHC for a mission. The so called LHC is just some random concrete hallways. There you have to fight something (men? robots? not sure) which means swinging your sword really clunkily and hoping the AI runs into it. You have some red bar at the top (health), a white bar to the left (level? maybe?), and some icons appearing on the right. Those might be skills? No explanation. You have 4 skill buttons in the settings. You try those buttons and nothing happens except for '4' which throws something like a grenade. Nice, no more shitty sword fights? Nope, that "grenade" does nothing except maybe alert enemies (why would you want that?!?). Some more "fights" and you are "max level" and have 5 icons. That was quick! Now all skill buttons work. Ok. 1) puts a timer next to an icon. Maybe a buff? No idea. 2) puts an exclamation mark next to another icon and removes it again. Ok... 3) start a combo that makes combat actually less painful. 4) throws the useless grenade/ball, whatever. The 5th icon? No idea. At this point, I gave up.
Whatever this is, it is a waste of money and time.
