Kinda short but I loved it anyway! Wish we could get more stories like this about Danny, Cathy and Gray!
Better than it's source material
I won't pretend, I didn't like Angels of Death, but I thought this was a bit better to be honest, I wouldn't recommend it for the price at all, but as a story this felt more cohesive and real, it had a bit of that air of "Brothers Grimm", it's short but sweet, it's still dark, but it doesn't feel as much like it's being overly edgy or cringey, as a standalone piece of media this is fairly decent, many of my gripes from Angels of Death do carry over (although my issue with character sprites is somewhat masked by added lighting effects here), but the story is at least a step up in terms of quality
While I wouldn't recommend this, I wouldn't call it bad, it's certainly closer to a visual novel than any kind of puzzle game or RPG, despite not having that VN style of menu or presentation, if you think you'll like this go for it, I can't say I'd recommend it myself though, I do recognise that there is a market for something like this though, a fairly short but sweet story with a morbid edge to it
