Quite possibly the best video game. Dwarves>Elves

Really nice game. Love the voice acting.

The game is really fun. It's not as challenging as other metroidvenias or platformers but it still have it's moments. As for pros: Graphics is charming, story interesting and main character funny. Game being focused on exploration and addition of generated castles and dungeons is lovely too, if more content like bioms and traps/enemiest/etc arrive the game will be 10/10, as for now i'd say 6.5? maybe 7/10. As for cons: There are some graphics artifacts and the game is really short. Secrets are hard to find, which would be ok but due to them being hidden in places which are not really intuitive searching for them is more of a chore than a fun challange (if there is a special way of approaching searching for them, then it's not telegraphed at all, which makes it hard for the sake of being hard, as there is no reason to search for them). Shop became a redundant npc after 3-4h of playing, which is sad. Aside from that it's really fun and worth trying. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After 1.5 year of nothing it seems like this game will not be developed further. Looks like the game went mostly under the radar of people and the game seem mostly abandoned. As game itself seem interesting it's hard for me to change recommendation status but due to dev inactivity and lack of further content i can't really recommend the game anymore. If u want to have some fun and find it on a dicound then it may be worth it, otherwise not so much.

I've been waiting Ruggnar's release for a very long time, and I'm not disappointed. This is a great platformer, I love the art and the level design is well done. There are also a lot of secrets to find, the dialogs are very well written and the voice acting is great too. I have nothing bad to say about this game, made by a solo dev who put a lot of effort into it. And you can feel it! Highly recommended.
