If you want to play with others don't bother. Constant crashes, disconnects and loss of character progression and gear. Crap game made as cheap as possible for a money grab, and no longer supported.

This game despite it's flaws was a blast to play in solo offline mode. It is basically a looter shooter with some fun rpg elements tossed in. It was similar to playing Fallout 76 solo (which I found to be pretty good) but a bit better in terms of feeling like a more fleshed out world with a good excuse for there not being a ton of NPCs wandering around outside. Now there are some faults with it, like occasionally getting stuck near trees or logs. Thankfully you can quick travel to "reset" if that happens. Another fun one is when the enemies glide backwards instead of walking like normal, weird but I quickly got over it and just enjoyed the game. Oh, it also crashes a lot if you run it in ultra graphic quality. Dialing down to high or medium fixes it so it only crashes about every 3-4 hours. I know, I know, this all sounds pretty janky but for me it was worth it because I was having so much fun slaying vampires. They did a good job on the atmosphere and look of the vampires too. They have a really nice uncanny valley vibe and damned to hell (prison of the mind?) thing going on. Get this if you want a good fun adventure focusing on lots of gratuitous violence mixed with some fun supernatural mystery.

Not a bad game after updates only down side is the developers have abandoned the game but is still a 7/10 game play through especially in Coop

Played with friends for a little while, really enjoyed it and then our friend got stuck in an infinite loading screen. This seems to be happening to many other players. This game could've been good fun, but it's abandoned so give this a skip.

I'm playing this with friends for the first time and I'm having so much fun. I like the characters and the environments are so pretty. The abilities are fun too. I feel like people who think this is a bad game never played an actual bad game or just went in with different expectation than I did. To be fair, I had none. I just play games to have fun and I am so I'm good. I'm not mind blown but its not the trash people seem to treat it like. To me it feels like a more exploratory and more charming Back 4 Blood type game. I liked Back 4 Blood fine but I like this better. it has more to it and is more imaginative. ps we did have connection trouble for the first time 15 hrs in. idk! Update: 27 hours in and I feel like a lot of that was spent on a loading screen trying to get into the game with friends and then it crashes anyway. I defended you. Dang.
