So far is a fun game, very short and quick to the point. Visually this game is very unique and cool!
I kinda wish I knew the stats of each weapon more concretely, as there is a pistol but I have no idea what possible advantage it would give over literally any other weapon.

What I love about this game is that it'll let you get into a cool little gunfight instantly and just as quickly turn it off.
Like a perfect little pick-up-and-play type of deal.
But what carries it is that the AI is stellar. They smartly utilize cover, give covering fire and perform flanking maneuvers.
And as a cherry on top it keeps things dynamic with a clever spin on the Capture The Flag format:
A "flag" that runs away from gunfire.
It brings a lot of anticipation and strategy to try to figure out when is the best time to run into the hail of bullets to try to catch the panicking chicken.
A lot of people want this game to have multiplayer and I suppose they're right. But it seems like a lot of effort to a game that has been played by just a few handfuls of people (the name NOMAD for one is so broad and generic that finding this game is even a task in of itself).
But I do concur that if anything this game would benefit from a couch-coop mode. As I've yet to see friendy AI catch the chicken (seen the enemy do it) and with the majority of the teams work being on the players shoulders you're pretty much forced to pick very fast and aggressive build if you want to make any progress with the unlocks.
Couch co-op would allow for versatility in the builds as one player could more reliably cover the other.
As an example two players could for having two "talking" machine guns as a fun build.
And the pixel art-style would allow for the game to run very smoothly on Steams couch-coop streaming.

first quick impressions:
- the good:
* fun
* challenging AI
* pretty intense battles
* clear visuals
* good music
- the not so good:
* lack of options menu
* the player gun sound fx is very loud, drowning out the music
* instructions are partially for the gamepad, and partially for the mouse and keyboard
* perks and how to use them are poorly explained
Ironically, the teammates in this game are nicer to play with than your average counter-strike match

This game is fun. In the short time I have played it has been a blast. As you navigate battle fields running after chickens and fighting with you AI team. It is tough but fair, an enemy gets a jump on you your done but if you are tactical you can dominate. Over all a super fun game that a hope has a bright big future filled with updates. if you have 7$ dollars buy this game.

Addictive. Great AI on both team and enemy. SCREAMING for online multiplayer though. Gets a bit stale doing the quick little rounds on pretty much the same map. Could be a nice little gem. Hopefully keeps getting updated. At the price, I'd say it's a recommend. 4 modes. You're only going to bother playing 1 of them though. Gettin' that chicken!!! Got my couple hours out of it. Made it to Level 5 and I couldn't grind anymore.

This game is an incredibly fun and unique capture the flag like experience. The only complaints I have is the lack of an option menu and that space bar and left click are half the functions in the game (and I keep doing the wrong thing with them). I would like it if when a piece of gold and a med kit were on the same space as a gun, I would pick up the gold or the med kit instead of prioritizing the gun, I have never thought "I'm low on health! Let me grab this LMG." The AI is incredibly smart and will take cover and avoid areas with heavy gunfire. It was surprising how tactical I had to be to not get shot while grabbing a chicken. Apart from my earlier minor complaints, this is a fun little game and I would recommend it for the price.

As someone who has been patiently waiting for this to come out, the past 2 hours have been a blast!
The premise of the game is simple, grab the chickens, kill the bad guys. But formidable AI that take cover, suppress, flank, and surround the player makes the gameplay very difficult. However, the player gets a team of AI mercenaries, chose 2 perks, and unlock 5 different guns. Throw all that together, add player customization and randomly generated battle fields, you have a replayable shooter that is quite the fun challenge. Movement is slow, guns are loud, and bullets hurt like hell.
One thing I would definitely like to see more of in the game is player customization. The 17 different hats are very nice but there doesn't seem to be any more then 2 pairs of pants, 2 shirts, and a small handfull of backpacks. It would be nice to have more freedom in that department along with a couple different colours.
All in all the game is very fun and worth your money!

Chicken go cluck. Very intense at times and fun going into the fray to get the chicken. The teammates are helpful and the enemies aren't easy to mow down or unfairly hard to kill. It kind of feels like nuclear throne as a soldier fighting for resources. There's a lot of replay value and I hope this game gets popular so more people can check it out.
