I loved the art of that game! Imagine Celeste's gameplay and difficulty, but without the background story. Great to test your skills in precision platform games, in a relaxed way, with your favorite playlist in the background! Really, really liked it! Recommended!

A nice plataform game with fast mechanics and nice visuals. If you've played the previous version you are already familiar with what Flatland is.
I've not finished it yet, but I'm enjoying it a lot, a nice sequence from Flatland Vol.1 (which I recommend checking out).
Recommended for sure.

Awesome game!
The impressive art with simple geometric shapes, very polished effects and very good music makes the game very pleasant and addictive to be played.
The game is fast, tests your skills and presents a great progressive challenge to the player.

Another amazing game by Kyuu Fujisaki and Minimol Games! Flatland vol 2 keeps the challenges, the wonderful neon art style, and cool soundtrack (You can choose what song do you want to listen, and it has a lot of songs). It has a great learning curve and like Celeste and Supermeat Boy, isn't stressful to die (Yes, you will die a lot), but the pleasure when you advance in the game is the best feeling ever! If you like precision platformers, you will definetely love Flatland vol.2 and all the games from Flatland Series (:

Extremely challenging, a platform game with compact and increasingly complex levels, and best of all, relaxing music so you don't go crazy ;-). I would certainly recommend this game for anyone!

Review based on all achievements, taking just under an hour and 40 minutes to do.
Absolutely based game. Get it if you like precision platformers. Please note though that you can kill many things with the triangle that shoots out behind you when you dash. That will make your life a lot easier. Also let go of and regrab run to turn faster in the air. Anyways yeah there are 108 main levels, 50+ secret levels, and 4 (3 depending on how you look at it) gamemodes, 60+ audio tracks that you can switch between whenever you want, excellent visuals, pretty fun, if inconsistent difficulty-wise, gameplay. I really like this game.
Just get it if you like precision platformers. I had a blast with it and didn't really run into any glitches.
(also the 'beat alternate gamemode' achievements can be cheesed just by entering the final stage and clearing that for each one lol. I'll probably come back and play those modes legit later on though cuz this game's so fun. I did boot into the 'not him again' one for a bit and it seems cool.)

I really like this game and it deserves to be better known to a wider audience. The controls are tight and make for some solid platforming. The regular levels are not that difficult and serve as practive for the completely optional challenge levels. Many of the challenge levels appear to be impossible at first, but all are doable. The fact that the challenge levels are optional make this game accessible to players of all skill levels.
A little warning: The default settings of this game will attempt to induce epilectic seizures in the players with over the top lighting effects, screen shake, controller rumble and other unneccessary flashy distractions. Luckily that can all be turned off/down.

Flatland Vol. 2 is another frenetic, fun, skill-focused platformer in a great series. In fact, it's my favourite in the series! It's a game that allows for quick playthroughs, with levels that require you to use all the moves you have available, make quick decisions and develop precise platforming skills in order to progress. I enjoy the bonus levels- not only do you have to find them and reach them, but each one is a double-dose of challenge requiring you to get back to the entrance for it to count. There is a huge number of levels and also additional modes that make it an amazing value game for the price. I recommended it to some of my colleagues and all of them ended up enjoying it too.
It has another great soundtrack, this time mixing electronic with a jazz feeling. The tracks compliment the frantic action on screen but are also great to listen to by themselves.
Overall, Flatland Volume 2 is an amazing game that rewards critical-thinking, quick reflexes and pure skill. It has great music, great gamefeel and you won't regret picking it up!

Its really hard to find platformers that worth the time, but this one is fantastic! Really polished controls, amazing music and extremely fun (and difficult). There are plenty of extra game modes, which makes this game worth every penny for sure. I certainly recommend this game!
