Perfect controls and gameplay. Incredibly addicting and morish.
The gameplay can be reduced to "Super Meat Boy x Celeste" but it manages to stand-out and differentiate itself with the level design and unique mechanics.

It's a perfectly passable experience. The controls and visuals won't give you any problems. It's a little simple and lacks depth, but it's so easy to restart and satisfying to line up your movements with the music that playing just one more level becomes a difficult task. The music honestly gets a little repetitive, so this is a good (mute) background activity for a boring phone call. 7/10

This game is pure joy to play, can't wait to 100% it, i feel like that would be challenging but not painfully so!
Thank god it doesn't have a grappling hook.

Solid little platformer. Controls well. Never too difficult, but stays engaging. I hit 100% on the Standard difficulty in about 4 hours.
There is an Insane Difficulty setting that gives you only 7-lives total to beat all the levels. That seems like a massive jump in challenge. It'd be nice to have some challenges that fall between that and the base difficulty.

really good speedrun platformer. The controls are tight, the music is good and the challenges are fair and you can feel that you are getting better each try.

Great little platformer in the same vein as games like Super Meat Boy. Fun gameplay and short levels perfect for time trials. The soundtrack is amazing too.

A small but tough precision platformer with pretty creative level design. Controls feel good, visuals are great, and the story is a serviceable take on the classic Mario/Sonic vs Evil Genius trope. My only negative would be that the hitboxes seem a bit dodgy at times, but it isn't a massive issue. After the main story there are also plenty of challenge runs and bonus levels to drive you mad.
Good game overall and an easy recommend for fans of Super Meat Boy and Celeste alike.

i tell ya this is one of the most rock solid games i ever played, everything's so fine tuned for maximum enjoyment i've almost never felt angry even when going for 100% flawless on every level, it's truly incredible and i've yet to see a game be this tight. just a+'s across the board on visuals sounds music gameplay it's fantastic absolutely worth the money even all of the money. karel matejka is a real trooper of a developer and i'm still blown away he did all this himself, i'm so glad newgrounds randomly recommended this game otherwies i never would've learned about its existnece. i hope he keeps making games as great as this, one of the best platformers i ever played.

As I was playing the final bossfight, I was thinking about what I was going to write here. I had decided to play on normal mode (which btw should be caled hard mode) wich meant every level took me waay longer than I thought. The fianl bossfight took me 2 hours to beat and made me want to uninstall my PC. But then the end credits hit and I teard up. This game is a masterpiece. I met Karel Homolka on agame developers session in Prague and I would call him the Czech Toby Fox. He made an addicting, cute, hard asf game thats better than most AAA games nowadays. And the sountrack mixes 8-bit music with 80s vibes and results in an absolute banger. Definitely something you should play. Games like this give the indie genre a good name.
