It's like they got an AI to come up with the control scheme and all of the combat mechanics. Special and Unleashed move inputs simply do not work. Launching Arcade Mode crashes the game after the opening cutscene.
They've doubled down, and are unlikely to fix anything. Just watch videos online, it's a lot more pleasurable than playing it yourself.
