The game is pretty cool, but there are too many instances of "Where am I supposed to go and what am I supposed to do?" moments. I mean, that's par for the course for metroidvania genre, which is what this is, but there are few moments I was stuck wondering what I am supposed to do next and the game is not clear on what to do. For example, at one point, the quest arrow was pointing to a room that I had no access to. It turns out I had to go elsewhere on the map to trigger a cutscene but the game wasn't telling me that's what I was supposed to do. I had to stop playing at the last part of the map called Seal Prison because I have no idea what I am supposed to do there (I found two switches but there's no indication what they do). Still, I am recommending this because the game itself was pretty fun. It's a cute metroidvania with cute characters and cute story. The dual character mechanic works pretty well and the control is pretty tight, if you're using a controller. I just wish there was a walkthrough or guide because I am stuck on the last part of the map.

I got the game through some other means and was glad to be able to buy it through steam to support the creators. I managed to get somewhat close to a 100%, but I don't think I'll be trying to get a 100%. However, I really hope CelLab makes another one of these. The game is really jank, but I really loved the game.

[h1]Story[/h1] Detective Jilelen is exploring the Crimson Dungeon in search of a rumored power within. She encounters Little Snow and her companion, Limu. They invite Jilelen to their camp and explain the state of their world's "beasts". Apparently, the beasts are unable to propagate with their own kind, and so they need people to make babies with. They are able to control the minds of those they breed with - and that's the "power" that Jilelen seeks. This is refered to as "assimilation". At least, I [i]think[/i] that's what they said. The English is terrible. JinLen barges in and Limu reveals that she is her caretaker. They form a coalition, and Little Snow is sent into battle. [h1]Visuals[/h1] Before the game starts, you may choose a preferred language. Additionally, you may view a wonderfully illustrated cutscene. From "Options", you may adjust audio, control, and visual preferences. [b] - The Goods -[/b] Serious word of warning here, the lewdies appear. . . [i]young.[/i] This is a result of the artstyle, but some gamers may find this offputting. The artworkis pretty awesome. Expect male-on-female sexual intercourse.
