The boardgame itself is amazing, but the app is underwhelming. The boys AI is very weak. There are rules mistakes. Shortfall doesn't allow to pick the building that should be sold.

This great for people who want to learn the board game rules while playing against AI and then taking strategies to the table. I've heard the online multiplayer is a nightmare but I own the board game and wanted to solidify the rules and how it plays in my brain. The experience I've had just playing against the AI has been great for that. My biggest complaint is that there is no rule book in the game! This seems like a gross oversight for a digital board game, the tutorial is fine to get you going but I would then recommend just searching for a PDF of the rule book online for clarifying why you can/can't take an action while your playing the game because the rule(s) book just simply isn't in the game. That said it isn't a deal breaker. It's a really decent digital edition of the board game that I wanted to learn how to play better and this absolutely did the trick.

The game looks good, there are enough info & the flow is rather clear.
Have played only local games vs AI.
