Not much going on in this one. There are more emojis than scares. 2/7

Very barebones. Extremely short. Slow enemies couldn't possibly catch you. It's a shame.

Let me break the game down for you. You must pull levers to open gates to take you to the next area. If you don't move forward there are empty husk people that will drain and kill you eventually so your only option is to pull levers and move onwards. It is not open world. The areas you enter are large fields with surreal art that explains nothing about itself. The first area is just a neighborhood block with a cat watching you from above, the second is radar dishes and terraforming space buildings, the third is large emojis and old fairground rides, and the final area is old castle remains, statues and spinning globes of planet Earth with a self promoting neon banner by Andreev Worlds on the side. Nothing is explained in the game and you are just pulling levers to enter the next area until you go through the final gateway and then the credits roll. Not really worth your time. If you look at other projects Andreev Worlds did in 2021 you will see other projects of surrealism. Wild Russia was just that first iteration and it was not advertised as such when they released it. Requesting refund as the games description does not match at all what it promotes.

20 minutes of slow walking. 20 minutes including me having to restart the game because I got stuck in a tree within the first 5 minutes of the game. 20 minutes, that's 1$ a minute you will waste on this absolutely trash game.
I've been racking my brain on what to say about this game. Trash main menu with stock music? Nah. Garbage flash light where the light moves independently off the flash light? Closer. But then I reread the game description and I cant stress this enough. ITS.ALL.A.FUCKING.LIE. Let me break it down for you
"Its action takes place in a striking provincial Russia, and any of your actions or inaction can lead to serious consequences."
There is no action to be heard of and the only action in the game that can lead to serious consequences is if you choose to stand still and let the super slow monsters kill you. There is only 2 monsters in the game, fat tree thing and skinny tree thing, and neither are a threat.
"It is important to know exactly the path that your hero should go - this helps to prevent a large number of rash decisions."
There is no way to know where to go, you wander around in circles until you see a bright glowing light which leads to a switch you have to flip. There are no other decisions in the game.
"To find a way out, you need not to be afraid of traps and be able to accurately find the target. Remember that when you forget where and how to look for a way out, it is difficult to detect; the more difficult the situation, the more difficult it is to find a way out."
There are no traps at all in this game and I have no idea what they are talking about when they say "Difficult".
This game is trash from start to finish and with a 20$ price tag I'm leaning on the side that this is some kind of scam game.

Terrible, directionless game that isn't scary at all.
You run around looking for levers to flip while generic skinny and fat zombie things slowly follow you. The graphics are fine since it's Unreal 4 engine, but that's about it.
20+ dollars makes no sense for this content and the only good thing about this game is that it is on sale often for 90% off.
I wonder why........

! Wild Russia ! by Andreev Worlds (PC 2020)
This is frankly a scam produced by Russian indie developer Sergey Andreev the proof is the following…
1. The exorbitant price tag of $28.95 for what is essentially 15 minutes of gameplay. While he tries to justify this unreasonable price with an international trade argument, that argument no matter how careful its worded, holds zero merit.
2. Misleading/false advertising on the Store front. Game is described as ‘provincial Russia’ when in fact its just asset flipping. ‘Actions or inaction can lead to serious consequences’, the only action in game is to move or not to move, stand still and you die. Essentially, it’s just a ‘pull lever’ and ‘open gate’ game divided into 4 small separate play areas littered with bought assets. The 4 areas are a Russian village, an area littered with off world colony assets, an area littered with giant emoticon and playground assets and finally an area littered with giant statues and ruins.
3. ‘You play as a brave agent Red from Russia’. The only story you get is actually in the Steam store description. There is actually ZERO story in game. Your just plonked down in a nonsensical zone, with each area themed according to what asset packs he bought.
4. ‘Vast world full of dangers, anomalies’, ‘be afraid of traps’. These 2 statements he makes are lies. There are only 2 types of enemies, lets call them ‘tree zombies’, they walk very slow and are easily avoidable. There are no traps in the game.
5. He showcases daytime screenshots of the game on his store page when in fact there is no day/night cycle of the game. The whole entire game is at night, this is probably to prevent you from seeing any graphical issues which often result from asset flipping, it also prevents a player from hardly seeing any detail to any of the eye candy he bought. So, what’s the point? The daytime screenshot appears to be to another of his game called ‘Utopia’. Essentially Utopia is exactly the same game as Wild Russia but with a higher price tag, shown in daylight and was planned for a 2024 release. If this alone doesn’t scream scammer, I don’t know what else does?
6. His developing repertoire shows a constant stream of skeletal made content with only a month release between games.
7. He gave some free keys to some popular Russian Youtubers which gave the game more screentime placing it in a positive light than what it truly deserved.
8. The only way he could have saved this mess and wrapped up all the nonsensical surreal elements together, is if the game ended with you coming across a blue police box, the doctor and a picture of Karen Gillan. It would have then explained why there was gigantic cat in the sky and a land littered with tree zombies. I would have stated well played 10/10. Alas, this opportunity was missed and the game finishes suddenly with boring credits.
Sergey Andreev stop trying to take advantage of the vulnerable, the curious and the obsessive players on Steam. If you don’t, I highly recommend the front lines. Bakhmut is calling for people like you who don’t give a toss about others…
Note: At the time of writing this his twitter account is now down, his personal VK account has issues and all his future upcoming project blurbs have been removed on his website. Also forgot to mention that all achievements unlock. But do you really want to spend $28.95 for 9 achievements?
